Although they don't answer the question directly, to my mind they would need to have another rights issue.

Generally, not convinced about the cash generation at the moment.

Over on the Aminex thread they are discussing Aminex potentially being penalized up to 15% of Kiliwani in respect of Ruvuma drilling extension.

Does this affect Solo or would the penalty be just on Aminex?

Cervelo, given that they haven't already I'm not sure they will announce this in advance. There seems to be enough buying interest for another discounted placing, though. This would obviously conserve cash.

NR really is very honest man, there will be no sinister reason for him not replying to your email, maybe what you are asking is too price sensitive and can't reply, I think he is in Trinidad at the moment, maybe he's back

he hasn't answered because he doesn't care about PI PR and he will do another heavily discounted placing and will land it on us as soon as he can... he's hopeless and clueless a dangerous combination... he's not likely to signal the placing too early despite the fact that as we don't trust him its what we expect anyway!

There has been a lot of noise/ramping over on the LSE SOLO board, but I can't help but wonder whether the current buying will be sufficient to remove the overhang. If it isn't sufficient what will the placees do if the share price starts falling below the placing price.

Also, I would be grateful if someone could explain whether there are sufficient funds for the third part of the Kiliwani SPA ($900k or so). This seems to be being ignored and I'm not sure why.
