Yes huge resource at just ONE location out of 78 in Ecuador, plus other locations in Oz and the Solomon islands. Sit tight, one of the players will eventually blink.

Rouge..Thanks.The writings on the wall. I'm also share your view. We've stonking of resources here... Just need to be little patience. This is massive...and everyone of those poker player knows that. I've every confidence that Bods will not let this go on the cheap. Nick is playing very clever game of poker and he knows his table well.

I've read the Financial Report in detail...

Key points that stand out are:

CASH operating loss for the 6 months was A$4.7 million

Net Cash Outflow before financing activities was A$26.6 million, with a closing cash balance of A$138.44... (for the last 3 months was only A$12 million)

Meaning that at the same rate we have enough cash to take us through to the start of Q2 2019...

And of course I had to remind myself that the Directors were given 46,672,000 options to be exercised by 8 August 2020 at SIXTY PENCE...that's almost three times the current price, just to make a profit....

Comments?

Am I making a simple schoolboy error here...?

6m ounces of indicated gold plus 6.3m inferred, equals 12.3m @ $1350/oz = $16 BILLION

2.3mT indicated copper plus 2.9mT inferred equals 5.2mTx2250x$3.22/oz = $37.7 BILLION

Together that equals Gross Revenues of $53.7 BILLION!

MCap = £374 MILLION...

Are these numbers simply so huge that the market can't cope?

And Aguinaga still to come....

My suspicion is that Nick is playing a blinder here...he already knows that the Aguinaga drilling is going to throw up some immense resources and vein rich near surface pickings, so...

We will be drip fed juicy morsels from March onwards and, if he also goes for a Premium Quote soon, this share price could race away...

Meanwhile are the big players sat round the table playing poker, waiting for someone to blink before another comes in with a knockout bid...

I don't know what the outstanding short is here, but I suspect the drift in the share price is down to PIs who got in on a punt much higher, or have simply got fed up like geremi...

AIMHO as usual, but I still have almost 300k of these and I have no reason to sell...especially as the copper price continues to march upwards...

PS I bought into ATYM at an average of c80p and sold out half when they doubled (now 190p)...SOLG and KCC are my chosen successors to do a similar so explosion...

Not bragging, simply pour encourage those who hang on in here like me...

Only a matter of time and then BOOOOOMMMMM....!!!!

Under A$6 million burnt in three months, ok helped by exchange rate gains, but all the same if they keep that up the cash is going to last longer than expected. Now can we see some more drilling results please?

Not sure about that..... we finished 12.5% up on tsx (26.4p equivalent)and cornerstone were 25% up!We are an explorer are bound to make a loss... we are not mining yet, unless we sell off some proven assets or begin to mine we are bound to run up debts

Yes, my expectations were a tad high regarding market interest in today's news. I was way off. The Market is only interested in drilling results, pure and simple.

I have a fair whack ready to throw at SOLG when the time is right. I hope an offer doesn't arrive before the maiden results from Aguinaga, assuming one does of course

I wasn't expecting too much from this morning's RNS gersemi, the market aren't that interested in a drilling campaign, what they are interested in is near surface excellent grades so hopefully we may get an RNS staying just at the end of May!

Yes, I was a tad disappointed at the feeble interest this morning and I can't afford to be sat in a stock for extended periods. I could see the price was gonna fall back so I sold for a small profit.

SOLG's been on my monitor for years and I have been in and out for small profits (and indeed losses) but I missed the really big move, unfortunately

I will be ready for the next big move in SOLG. Keep watching for the frequency of trades going through and a noticeable increase in volume. I reckon if the results from Aguinaga are decent then we really should see a doubler, with takeover interest reignited

I'm gonna be watching for insider buying prior to Aguinaga drill results -

We are also currently 12.5% up on tsx. Main market has been a fuxxing nightmare since we joined, we made far more money on AIM and it seemed less crooked (never thought I'd see myself write that)!

stocky21, there was a capital raising about three months ago by issuing 180 million new shares at 25p to the Banks that directly bought them, the market price at the time was circa 36p a share. The deal included that those shares could not be traded on the open market before April. It's my personal belief that those off-market shares have been used via forward contracts to gain advantage for the Banks that own them. Go back through the RNS's to get the details of the purchase.

Hello, newbie here.

RE: 180m shares overhang.

What does this mean and how do I find more about this? Is there a possibility that it's reserved for corporate purchases (deal for finance or expertise) ?

Thanks

Can understand your frustration.
We all know the amazing assets but
we are not seeing the true potential in the share price.
Years ago we went through similar phase all rns's good but
none would lift share price.

Forgive me if I have misunderstood your post but basically what you are saying is that we are still in a down trend and this is a temporary blip! The big sellers left 2 or 3 weeks ago as we have had low volume since then!Today's volume started out big (2 mill the first hour) but then almost flatlined for the rest of the day giving the thieving scum the opportunity to take the share price down which they did with great efficiency. I'm of the opinion that we have just come off the down trend (20p) but time will tell!

Nowhere near a short squeeze on this. SIMply a case that the big sellers have stopped briefly. NO volume through to indicate the selling has finished.
