It's not personal Hazl, we are dealing with a dedicated deramping troll. It's all part of the dirty business of mining shares like this, when prices can be easily driven down by relentless negative posts in forums like this.

If Lowtrawler was just some lonely misery I wouldn't bother with the poor sod, but he is part of the process, someone or some thing trying to scare off retail investors and you have to call them out in case anyone out there takes them seriously.

You're a lovely person Hazl, but this creature is not. He has popped up to challenge the validity of the latest RNS and undermine the news.

Not getting away with it, sorry, not while I'm around.

'Chris Stackhouse, CFO of SolGold, commented, "These developments are significant for SolGold as we continue to establish the financial foundations necessary for the next phases of the Cascabel Project. The strong interest from potential financiers not only validates the Project's exceptional prospects but also strengthens our capability to achieve planned milestones."

The STRONG INTEREST from the potential FINANCIERS.

Says it for me.

Once again you've been proved wrong Lowtrawler and proven to be a negative, deceitful troll and derampers.

That's what you can make of this announcement.

Jog on and stop trying to twist a little bit of good news, you really are a nasty, awful person.

Well the CFO says they still need detailed agreements, but perhaps management could sense impatience from shareholders?

It is very good to know where we are at .
In priciple the deal seems to have been arrived at.
I for one am very hopeful.

Not sure what to make of today's announcement. They have taken out a loan to see them through the next 4 or 5 months and are negotiating Cascabel backed financing for the longer term? Whether this is good for the share price will entirely depend on the nature of the longer term financing. We already new they had access to substantial Cascabel backed financing and so is this just putting the offtake arrangements in place?

Certain conditions of course but that's fairly normal.

It is important to note, however, that while the Financing discussions are advancing, the completion of a transaction remains subject to negotiation, and there is no guarantee of a finalized Financing transaction. The proposed Financing is expected to be subject to certain conditions, including the receipt of necessary permits and agreements, a final investment decision, and additional stipulations, some of which are still being defined.

This announcement has been approved for release by Scott Caldwell, Chief Executive Officer. Certain information contained in this announcement would have been deemed inside information.'

Poor old McKnight, after all these years sold out just before news

Same with other toast, predicting the final end only yesterday because he had sold out at a massive loss.

Everyone had the opportunity of getting in here at 5.8p only weeks ago.

See where greed gets you, while patience rewards?

Nice boost up to the mid 9s at least today.

Karma hehe.

SolGold plc

("SolGold" or the "Company")

Key Financial Developments

The Board of Directors of SolGold is pleased to share the substantial progress made in our financial initiatives. Management is currently in detailed discussions with capital providers who have shown a strong interest in committing to a robust, longer-term financing package for the Cascabel Project ("Project"). This proposed Financing ("Financing") is projected to cover a significant portion of the estimated initial capital development costs of the Project, highlighting its position as a Tier 1 asset and a premier investment opportunity.

In parallel, SolGold has secured a US$10 million loan facility ("Loan Facility"). The Loan Facility provides an immediate cash infusion of US$10 million to support the Company's ongoing operations. Executed under customary terms and conditions appropriate for a loan facility of this nature, it offers favorable repayment options, thus enhancing our ability to manage our financial commitments efficiently. This funding is intended to give SolGold the flexibility required as we aim to finalize the more comprehensive Financing arrangement.

Better still let's talk about SOLG.

SolGold offers a meaningful value proposition relative to peers.

SolGold is undervalued relative to its copper developer peers on both a P/NAV and an EV/M&I resource basis.
