The sector and the copper price seem to be having no effect on the SOLG share price ..

Because we NEED funding news...supposed to have been a fortnight ago...

MK - we will maybe see when the funding is announced. If it is offtake or NSR, once the dust has settled, I don't believe the share price will be much different. Hopefully the funds are raised in a more innovative way.

I don't believe permits would stand in the way of anyone making a bid. SOLG will have many licensing / permitting / legal challenges to face and they are simply a feature of Ecuador.

There will continue to be a push and pull between those that think the low is over.... bulls like me and the people who still cling onto old news....the bears.


This will continue until something pivotal sends it into the likely direction.

Lowtrawler , its your opinion but most people would be extemly happy to know the company dont have to raise money for 2 years and tue Sp imho would be over 13p now .

Reference your 2nd part , getting the required permits is the only thing stopping the sale. again imho .

The sector is this most important thing that will move share prices.
When gold and silver stocks thrive our share price will, in my opinion.

MK, I don't agree. If they had sorted the lending facility with an offtake or NSR deal, I think it would have had little impact on the share price The management will only be able to improve the share price by doing deals making it more likely SOLG will be sold.

I think the management have done everything they can to encourage a bid. Everyone knows SOLG are open to offers. They have a data room with everyone and their granny sniffing around. At the end of the day, SOLG cannot force someone to make an offer. The key question you need to ask is what has prevented an offer being made? Unless that obstacle is removed, the share price is going nowhere.
