But I reckon we could probably pay off all the more urgent debt by selling just one of our less valuable properties, if we got a reasonable price for it.

Oh, and I think trade receivables was only about 60,000 euros.

If I remember rightly, there is c. 1.5 million euros of trade payables in June Half-Yearly report. Cash stood at c. 100,000 euros. There is also 5.5 million euros of inventory in our favour but that is not a liquid asset. Net losses were about 400,000 euros for the six months. I think there was over 100,000 euros of legal expenses for the six months in that net loss.

The administrators would hopefully get the best price they could for as few assets as possible to pay off the creditors, and then either return the company to the market, i.e. the shareholders, or sell off the rest of the assets and return the cash to shareholders. Not my knowledge, just what I've been told. Hypothetically speaking, that is, if we did not pay off our debts in time.

Sorry, got that wrong in post above. It is not the creditors but the administrators who are in charge of selling the assets if a firm goes into administration. A firm of accountants, I'm told. Don't know who chooses this firm.

Feels like a contest to me: between getting a deal or loan done on time and not being able to meet debt obligations on time. Edit: disregard the rest of this post and see post below: (have deleted anyway as misinformation).

Its a horrid spread Moneyworries, but that changes when there is volume or news due :)

Actually quite like the spread like that just incase i have a mad moment and try to press the sell button!

For me I can see past the trading on here and wait for the asset sell... that would make a few extra quid, just about right for a holiday in September!

Being quoted real prices of 1.15p to sell 20000 and 1.52p to buy 20000. My broker tends not to get the best price available, though.

If these go into administration, am I right in thinking shareholders may still get back more than 1.5p per share, but it could take a while? I'm guessing asssets would be sold very cheaply, but still perhaps for a quarter of their true value. Just a complete guess.

================================

Yup but even a quarter of their true value is an share price 4 times higher than current

Hi all, just bought the small amount at 10.29. I believe they won't go lower than 1.5. Unless people want to sell at a loss. Latest wave of buying today it looks like. Back to 2.5 soon enough.
