19/8/2020 11:27 | SMRTs mkt cap is now a long way ahead of revenue, and they have been eating into their cash pile to buy as yet unproven businesses. I would want to see more evidence of growth and positive cash flow progress before buying at this level. | weatherman
19/8/2020 07:19 | Price target 110p. And that is highly conservative and will increase further. Here is how a very experienced investor,Glasshalful | longtermgains
18/8/2020 17:43 | To be fair at that time, there was no news , the accounts were delayed with no xplanation and we knew that income was lumpy, so could have become insolvent/ firesale or very dilutionary placing. ie too risky. Now on the other hand , incremental growth, and nett cash...not really sure what A + K does though..but pleased we appear to be on a sound footing. | xxx
18/8/2020 07:14 | HSBC 5% holding. We're getting noticed. | cordwainer
17/8/2020 18:44 | 22 Apr Buy @ 17.45p; 28 Apr Sell all @ 27.9p :-) 31 July Buy @ 51.9p :-) Looks like I should've held on to my April trade, but it seemed more speculative then. Only guessing there could be a technical consolidation nigh at around 80p for profit-takers, but I'm more inclined to hold on given the improved and more focused prospects. Great momentum today with ok volume. | cordwainer
13/8/2020 08:15 | "..customers self-configure ... moving away from..implementation consultancy / hardware deployment / on-premises installations.." Now that's what I was clumsily trying to explain about 10 days ago. | cordwainer
13/8/2020 08:14 | where's everyone good news 13 August 2020 Sale of Enterprise Software Business | ali47fish
11/8/2020 12:08 | Agreed, could be just trying to fill a large order ? RNS of significant holdings later maybe. | cordwainer
11/8/2020 11:39 | Something is brewing | ade45
03/8/2020 15:48 | New customers inevitable imho. Upfront marketing couldn't be better, but they have to live up to it now to sustain key partnerships. Ideally would like to see that Swiped On and Space Connect and Evoko etc are technically forming a fully integrated, perfectly dove-tailed and standardised modular package system now, on an almost plug and play basis, i.e. I'm hoping they're not having to hack things together in a more bespoke way on a client-by-client basis. The latter would reduce scalability to some extent. In the real world with software it can be tricky or against temptation to deliver good individual customer service without negating the standardised packaged approach. | cordwainer
03/8/2020 14:42 | is this rise sustainable because i want to add after having been in the doldrums | ali47fish
03/8/2020 14:20 | Nice move :-) | cheshire man
03/8/2020 11:10 | Took a few on that TU, think we have a bright future here so happy to tuck away and see where it takes me :-) | cheshire man
02/8/2020 10:16 | £5 a share value after Mega deal.Long way to go. | 36jay
31/7/2020 19:20 | Well no news first thing, wrote to IR for some clarificaton but didn't get any so when I saw the spread narrow I sold over half my position as a precaution. An hour later and the news comes out. What sort of effing time is 12.09 for issuing an update? Will focus on my remaining stake but somewhat miffed. | gleach23
31/7/2020 14:45 | It looks likely that the Softcat distribution agreement could add a million or more in revenue and alongside the covid 19 sales opportunity and the improvement in swiped on, things look good, considering the market cap is only around £14m at 50p. However, they don't say to what extent the company has benefited from the furlough scheme and VAT deferral, so I think the cash position may be misleading. | daz
31/7/2020 12:35 | That is a big RNS | intheknow69
31/7/2020 12:19 | Update sounds good - hope the progress continues. Clearly CV19 cash management is working. At 30th July the Group had £1.7m of cash. The Company had cash of £1.9m as at 20 April 2020. Group cash at 31 December 2019 was £3.2 million. | wole
30/7/2020 18:58 | Should have some news in the morning then. Encouraging to see a tick up today in advance on some decent volume. | gleach23
20/7/2020 17:39 | That's my understanding OutlawInvestor. They should either be issuing Final results or an RNS advising of such an extension by the end of July - ie a week on Fri. I suppose the closer it gets to that day the more the chance it's an extension? | gleach23
20/7/2020 15:54 | last years interim results were released at end of october. | cordwainer
20/7/2020 07:24 | Don't these chaps have to publish their results by the end of the month, or apply for an extension? | outlawinvestor |
