Nice 1p rise this morning, but doesn't seem to be captured on ADVFN. I don't have L2, but III has 16p bid, 16.25 offer, and other sources show 16.25 mid-price.

Skywest Airlines Nov passengers up 14.76 pct, load factor down 5.81 pct points




LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Skywest Airlines Ltd, formerly known as Advent
Air Ltd, said the passenger numbers for November increased 14.76 pct over the
previous year, while load factor decreased 5.81 pct points to 55.37 pct.
The company said the passengers carried in November 2007 rose to 33,000 from
29,000 last year, while its capacity, measured by available seat kilometres
(ASKs), grew by 22.61 pct to 45.08 mln from 36.76 mln.
Skywest traffic measured by revenue passenger kilometres (RPKs) increased
10.97 pct to 24.96 mln, the company added.

EXERCISE OF WARRANTS


Skywest Airlines Ltd ("the Company") announces that it has issued and allotted
4,580,000 new ordinary shares ("Warrant Shares"), pursuant to various
individuals exercise of warrants at a total consideration to the Company of
#532,425 (at 11.625p per share).

The warrants have been exercised by the interests associated with the following
individuals all at 11.625p per share:

Seah Kian Peng (Non-Executive Director) - 400,000 shares
John Jost (Non-Executive Director) - 200,000 shares
R. J. (Jeff) Chatfield (Executive Chairman) - 3,300,000 shares
Lim Soon Hock - 400,000 shares
Mack Jost - 280,000 shares

The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the
Company. Application will be made for these Warrant Shares to be admitted to AIM
on Friday 7 December 2007.

Following the exercise of warrants, the Company's total share capital will
comprise 202,580,005 ordinary shares.


Directors' Interests

Following the exercise of warrants, Non-Executive Director John Jost now holds
in his own name and in his associated entities 3,702,662 shares representing
1.83% of the total issued share capital.

Following the exercise of warrants, Executive Chairman Jeff Chatfield now holds
in his own name and in his associated entities 30,000,000 shares representing
14.81% of the total issued share capital.

Following the exercise of warrants, Non-Executive Director Mr Seah Kian Peng now
holds 1,586,377 shares representing 0.78% of the total issued share capital.

wozelbeak - thanks for setting up the thread.

It's a shame that the share price history has been lost with the change of name - the gradual rise through 2007 puts day to day fluctuations into perspective. Still, here's hoping that the 15p will be the new baseline.
