The company said the passengers carried in November 2007 rose to 33,000 from 29,000 last year, while its capacity, measured by available seat kilometres (ASKs), grew by 22.61 pct to 45.08 mln from 36.76 mln. The warrants have been exercised by the interests associated with the following individuals all at 11.625p per share: Seah Kian Peng (Non-Executive Director) - 400,000 shares John Jost (Non-Executive Director) - 200,000 shares R. J. (Jeff) Chatfield (Executive Chairman) - 3,300,000 shares Lim Soon Hock - 400,000 shares Mack Jost - 280,000 shares The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.
