Is SA from Newcastle? At least that's what his accent indicates. I wonder if the company has had anything to do with this study. It will also be interesting to see where they decide to put their new laboratory.

zedder, I suspect the answer is a combination of the two. Despite being overweight here, I have bought each time the price to buy has dropped below 30p as I am now stocking up for my son and daughter as I fully expect this to be 10x this share price in two years time. If it just Seneca Partners Limited selling down and no ii replacing them, then happy with that as it will hopefully give me the time I need from other investments to open separate stocks and shares ISA's for them and to transfer in the funds purchase direct at today's levels. So in summary, I don't care in the short term whether the slack is being taken up by another ii or pis with less sticky fingers

The price is certainly nice and stable at the moment. I’m hoping the shares are moving Institutional Investor to Institutional Investor, rather than II to PI.

It's only a small amount of their holding though. As I said the other day they have investors to appease. They're happy to hold the bulk of it by the looks of things. Price still steady so whenever someone sells there's a buyer willing to step up.

So Seneca offloaded some more and down through another threshold.

Low volumes today but share price holding steady so far. Might just be time for another top up. If an institutional investor with a track record like Tynedall are happy to buy at north of 30p they must have confidence of a decent return. IMHO DYOR

Most funds have limits in what they are allowed to hold in any one Company for pre determined Risk control measures

It may well be, that following the recent rise SBTX are above a threshold and they are/ or were, a reluctant seller

Let’s hope they are done as they have a lot more left

Looks like it. They still have a lot of stock but it looks like they occasionally take some profit. I guess they have investors to appease. I also think they are an EIS fund but could be wrong on that. In which case they can only hold for so long.

Elric added an interesting para to his update. It seems SA has been a busy chap with various psoriasis associations around the world.

They went below 15% on the 18/1/21. Isn't that what triggered the holding announcement?

I think Seneca own about 20% of the company so they crossed the threshold a long time ago.

By that I mean Seneca crossed the threshold after the last Tyndall holding was completed

If that's the case Tyndall now have more than 3.05%?

And they are a very long term shareholder. If you look back it appears that they were in at the IPO so just taking a bit of profit. They have to deliver a return to their investors at the end of the day. They also appear to have a whole lot more shares to sit on. Still holding nicely around the 30p mark.

Not neccesarily. Maybe the 2m were transferred to Tyndal?
