21/1/2021 21:28 | Is SA from Newcastle? At least that's what his accent indicates. I wonder if the company has had anything to do with this study. It will also be interesting to see where they decide to put their new laboratory. | madaboutmed
21/1/2021 19:09 | zedder, I suspect the answer is a combination of the two. Despite being overweight here, I have bought each time the price to buy has dropped below 30p as I am now stocking up for my son and daughter as I fully expect this to be 10x this share price in two years time. If it just Seneca Partners Limited selling down and no ii replacing them, then happy with that as it will hopefully give me the time I need from other investments to open separate stocks and shares ISA's for them and to transfer in the funds purchase direct at today's levels. So in summary, I don't care in the short term whether the slack is being taken up by another ii or pis with less sticky fingers | aquaesulis01
21/1/2021 16:00 | The price is certainly nice and stable at the moment. I’m hoping the shares are moving Institutional Investor to Institutional Investor, rather than II to PI. | zedder
21/1/2021 15:24 | It's only a small amount of their holding though. As I said the other day they have investors to appease. They're happy to hold the bulk of it by the looks of things. Price still steady so whenever someone sells there's a buyer willing to step up. | madaboutmed
21/1/2021 14:48 | So Seneca offloaded some more and down through another threshold. | zedder
20/1/2021 14:23 | Low volumes today but share price holding steady so far. Might just be time for another top up. If an institutional investor with a track record like Tynedall are happy to buy at north of 30p they must have confidence of a decent return. IMHO DYOR | madaboutmed
19/1/2021 19:56 | Most funds have limits in what they are allowed to hold in any one Company for pre determined Risk control measures It may well be, that following the recent rise SBTX are above a threshold and they are/ or were, a reluctant seller | pj 1
19/1/2021 16:52 | Let’s hope they are done as they have a lot more left | judijudi
19/1/2021 16:36 | Looks like it. They still have a lot of stock but it looks like they occasionally take some profit. I guess they have investors to appease. I also think they are an EIS fund but could be wrong on that. In which case they can only hold for so long. | madaboutmed
19/1/2021 16:36 | Elric added an interesting para to his update. It seems SA has been a busy chap with various psoriasis associations around the world. | slartybartfaster
19/1/2021 16:33 | They went below 15% on the 18/1/21. Isn't that what triggered the holding announcement? | nik7907
19/1/2021 16:30 | I think Seneca own about 20% of the company so they crossed the threshold a long time ago. | madaboutmed
19/1/2021 16:19 | By that I mean Seneca crossed the threshold after the last Tyndall holding was completed | nik7907
19/1/2021 16:17 | If that's the case Tyndall now have more than 3.05%? | nik7907
19/1/2021 16:07 | And they are a very long term shareholder. If you look back it appears that they were in at the IPO so just taking a bit of profit. They have to deliver a return to their investors at the end of the day. They also appear to have a whole lot more shares to sit on. Still holding nicely around the 30p mark. | madaboutmed
19/1/2021 15:56 | Not neccesarily. Maybe the 2m were transferred to Tyndal? | pj 1
19/1/2021 15:26 | Holding RNS out explaining why the momentum stalled. | zedder
19/1/2021 14:17 | just popped in after a few days and wow.... board full of idiots scattered with a few decent posts. a new II takes 3% and one post on it. i will pop back under my stone now before i get pelted by the morons. mind you they are all on filter now so doesnt really matter i guess.... | shrewdmole
18/1/2021 22:13 | Good Evening All.I still maintain that when incoming revenues rise, so will the share price thus strong recommendation to buy.My 69m are in the bottom drawer safe and will grow. | professor pettigrew1 |
