I also had a top up at these levels especially as
the mms were offering to buy in quantity if anybody
wanted to sell so there was an increase in demand
for the shares.

I cannot understand your frustration at people who sell up or top slice Mada. It is probably just the institutions taking some profit and risk off the table, rather than mainly PI's - but even if it is - why let it get to you?
The time to voice displeasure is when a company fails, or the BOD stiffs investors with ruinous raises without putting their hands in their own pockets, as is so common on AIM.
Just buy as many as you feel comfortable with and rejoice in the chance to do so at prices that you feel are low.
Losing money is stupid. Not making as much profit as you could have, had you got your timing spot on is annoying, but ensures you live to fight another day.
Still long here with my core holding by the way but quite comfortable having top sliced when I did. If we hit a quid tomorrow I will still be fine with that decision, because it was IMO sensible risk management, relative to the size of my portfolio. Not something that I can always claim to have achieved. But each to their own.

MadWhilst there has been a terrific response to the trial you have to consider that many of these will be desperate people desperate for any potential early relief. For me it doesn't lend any weight to the potential success or not to the trial as of yet

Idiots is precisely what they are. Literally A matter of weeks away from a trial commencing and they dump at 40p. Nothing short of plain stupid. I could understand it if the trail had failed and they only had one strategic target. They have 5 pillars and are on the cusp of what could be a monumental breakthrough in psoriasis. SA has said that he was overwhelmed by the response to the trial. That speaks volumes to me. I will continue to top up as funds allow and right now this still looks very cheap to me. All IMHO DYOR GLA
