Opodio way to state the obvious. Tell us how it's going to be any different at this stage considering they are spending cash to create the technology to license out, thus revenues & profits to come if all works out.

The additional equity raise is mentioned in the AIM admission document. So you are correct it's not a secret but I do not see how a small dilution warrants a drop to under 5p. You are half telling the truth and half deramping.

Okay. Eyes wide open.
Skinbiotherapy will come back to the market for funding. I feel a certain desperation from the company that the share price has gone down which will mean that the dilution, when it comes, will be more painful.

More dips to come baring extraordinary news (but don't get your hops up).

The recent spike seem unwarrented and was very frothy.

Nevertheless, the product has promise, especially if efficacious. But it's a long-term play with lots of pitfalls along the way.
No investment from me until the company registers a 52 week high. That's not coming any time soon.
