Ah, thanks Asterix. As I understand it, the Placees - all 50m shares of them, are not locked in like the original shareholders - OPTI, UOM, etc. If so, they may be happy to take 20-30 percent on a few of their shares at some stage tomorrow ?

Stag is a slang term for a short-term speculator, equivalent to a day trader who attempts to profit from short-term market movements by quickly moving in and out of positions.

Nearly 12m options/warrants I see, taking total of shares on a fully diluted basis to 130,626,373.

At 0800 tomorrow the shares in SBTX will be as follows:-

OptiBiotic Health PLC 49,738,859 (41.9%)
Manchester University 8,547,012 ( 7.2%)
Dr Catherine O'Neill 5,223,174 ( 4.4%)
Dr Andrew McBain 5,223,174 ( 4.4%)
Seneca Partners Ltd 17,331,440 (14.6%) = Part of the 50,000,000 New Issue
Balance (Other's) 32,644,836 (27.5% )= Part of the 50,000,000 New Issue
Total Shares 118,708,494 (100%)

They will not be readily available to trade except by Stags who will want a profit!

If the 9p IPO price is correct, it is 1p under my low end of 10-15p I guestimated, but the market cap is £1m higher than I expect. On the subject of the scramble for shares, I really can't see there being much available and what there is will most likely be very limited. This will of course push the share price up quicker than the OPTI shares; so I can see these multi bagging quite quickly.

Board Announcement

The Board of SkinBioTherapeutics has noted the possible confusion that could arise with regard to the Tickers of SkinBioTherapeutics plc ('SkinBio') and Integumen plc ('Integumen').

It should be noted that the TICKER of SkinBio is 'SBTX' and the TICKER of Integumen is 'SKIN'.

Both companies have businesses which relate to skincare and both companies shares are being admitted to trading on AIM on Wednesday 5 April 2017 and have the same broker, Turner Pope Investments.
