I'm sure the closer we get to the trial they will have increased interest from potential partners

However we don't need to argue...we both agree the stock has plenty of upside for years to come.

After clearing that up you will be pleased to hear that I'm having a holiday from posting for a while. GOOD LUCK INVESTING in the meantime.

Unless the plan has been changed again. It was at first Q4/2018 then got moved to Q2/2018 and now it's Q3/2018 starting in September and not for a month but two.

You said recently in an article that the IP is at risk due to the MTA --- The IP is for the ingredients that are put into a generic carrier cream and they are protected by patents. So your statement needs clarification at worst or correcting imo.

Dr. Cath said in a recent RNS a few months ago that the human trial will take two months.

The original plan was for a one month trial but because the number of participants are 120 which is more than planned months earlier it will now take two months to complete the trials.

I have also asked Dr. Cath about the trials and she said the Stability testing has to be finished before Trials can begin. Thus completion and reports next November imo.

Bob - I was passed on your comment about "rumour mill" and human trials staring in September. Just for the record because I gather most do not take you seriously. It's not a rumour, it's a fact the trials start in September and expected to last for c 28 days, ETA results October. Source, Cath O'Neil. I asked and she answered, so it's fact, not a rumour. This fact was disclosed by me yesterday, which what I suspect you're referencing, but don't want to identify the source. After all, you have trashed me for the past year, even though I have been proven correct all along.

According to the rumour mill Human Trials will start Q3, next September and finish at the end of October, Q4, with results likely to be published next November. And if they are successful the major corporates will confirm their interest.

The following barchart tools are now showing a 100% Buy signal ...and that is very unusual, take a lookie at the intel.

And the following cheatsheet is always a good indicator of what we might expect in terms of price action which ever way it goes.

Ps totally agree with the previous comments about Opti and timings.

It's days away from a step change I believe, totally new impetus about the company last few weeks.

Matt

I'm looking for mid 20's now it's broken out.

There's definitely something or someone behind the move.

Might see a holdings Rns soon.

MM have no stock so if buying continues we could see that level pretty soon.

Thanks Elrico for the informative feed back, don’t disagree with your take on OPTI starting to gain commercial traction, not saying I won’t jump back into OPTI if I decide the time is right, my biggest holding at the moment is N4 the commercial rewards regarding Nuvec are potentially mind boggling, I just believe I will be making a lot more profit over the short term with N4. I know Pharmas are a gamble I got burnt with IMM, but you win some and lose some, as long as I keep making a profit on average I must be doing something right.
Like I said I have made a nice profit with OPTI, cracking Company excellent CEO, OPTI will be gaining traction in the coming months, I will be keeping my beady eye on it.

OPTI monthly triangle range 52-80p. Inside last months range and price is currently exactly where this month opened. Interpreted as doing nothing. A break of 80p would be the time to get back in but no indication that the rest of this year will be any different to the prior ones. Until then selling and finding better short term opportunities is actually the better decision especially in this current market environment.

Warren - Firstly, thank you for the words of appreciation and encouragement - even a moody misery like me likes to feel appreciated from time to time. ;)

On a more serious note, I wish you well. A profit after a patient hold for 3 years is worthy. However, IMHO, I fear you have made a grave error of judgement. I'm NOT suggesting SBTX will not develop into a outstanding growth company....it surely will, that I have little doubt of. However, as ODR is suggesting, your timing is a little way out. Real revenues will drop into OPTI coffers by H2, these will only increase as latter and much bigger deals also come on stream. There are bigger deals in the pipeline now, these will come through over the summer months and beyond. Importantly, you have thrown away FREE SBTX shares, which to my mind (though confess is not always the sharpest)you seem to have compounded the miss-timing of your sale. Add to the fact SBTX are not likely to have a commercial revenue baring deal until 2019. Like OPTI, any commercial deal will take time to bare fruit, for the same reasons as OPTI's partnership. Assuming I'm correct, it surely follows SBTX will also go through the same stagnation period. I'm not suggesting this will last 2 years, or even 1. There is also the small matter of the SBTX divi....we don't know how this is going to be handled. One hope OPTI BOD have a plan to mitigate the flippers.

I continue to hold my SBTX. I did think of selling just last week, but thought better of it. Mighty pleased I didn't because I don't think I will get the opportunity to buy them back under 15p, which would have been the price to make it worth the effort, though the risk is mitigated with my free carry.

Iv'e update my SBTX a few moments ago "RED TEXT" which incorporates human trial schedule, which I think is key.

I also have a small piece of N4P at 19.85p

Good luck

don't disagree SBTX and N4P will do well but selling OPTI now is about as poor timing as it could get. You assume the next year will be like the last 2 ?

I doubt it, OPTI are close to a step change in newsflow and revenue.

just IMHO .. I've got OPTI, SBTX and N4P so all bases covered.

:O)

Matt, i agree though suspect SBTX will go through the same phase as OPTI, it must if we accept the business model is the same. OPTI are now entering a key phase of its commercial cycle. elrico suggested revenues will start rolling in in H2, once investors realise this is no long jam beyond yonder this 2 year stagnation will be gone. Im lucky enough to got in near the worse period, so im happy with my lot. Beginners luck and good researchers sticking their necks out.

The problem with having money invested in the likes of OPTI which has moved in a small sideways range for two years, at times giving hope then taking it away it creates frustrated investors. SBTX has the the correct technicals, supply/demand scenario which OPTI once had.
