27/7/2022 14:34 | Will get round to that Multi - at least it now has a board to discuss as a starter for ten.I think it's probably quite cheap. They made £1m net profits in 2020 and now their revenue is a fair bit higher. Investing for growth is of course the right approach. Gross margins are decent and as they say this software is non-discretionary. A big cash pile to invest and potentially to acquire. Very illiquid stock though with the Directors owning more than 60%. I don't mind that and I'd expect in time some of that to be placed with institutions. | hydrus
27/7/2022 10:36 | Many thanks Hydrus for flagging this up and setting up the BB thread. Shall take a look - I did very well out of IDEA and also had a look at GRC which is in the same compliance and regulatory software space. Also held LTG for a long time....this could become an acquisition for LTG sometime in the future... 70% recurrent revenue looks tasty ! Maybe worth adding some links to the Company website and adding the RNS feeds and Charts etc in the Header section do you think ? Kind regards Multi | multibagger
27/7/2022 09:32 | Interesting little company growing quite quickly and likely to be ok in a recession as their software is for mandatory compliance training/management. Founders still running the company. Good Glassdoor reviews - 4.8/5 score. | hydrus
27/7/2022 09:29 | Skillcast corporate compliance software. Floated at 37p on 1/12/21 now 23p mainly due to market malaise plus potentially steep IPO price. c£20m mcap with £7.5m net cash and recurring revenues growing at 30% plus per annum making up c70% of revenues. Founder owned and operated. | hydrus |
