19/1/2017 08:30 | I'm out at 87.6p. Nasty loss, but I think it is better to cut, take a loss and move on. Good luck if you decide to stick with it. | lord gnome
19/1/2017 08:30 | I'd say at the very least this company would be foolish to now continue with future dividends | spob
19/1/2017 08:26 | Well if the out turn is to be "materially below" and given the liabilities and pension deficit, you have to question that statement I remember buying this in 2012 Was a bargain then, but not now Don't be fooled by what now "appears" to be a low pe ratio | spob
19/1/2017 08:24 | "The balance sheet remains sound and we have the necessary cash flow capabilities to support our investment priorities and to further reduce debt." | aleman
19/1/2017 08:21 | the net debt and pension deficit is stopping me from jumping in this morn | spob
19/1/2017 08:18 | Given the debt and pension deficit What chance some kind of fund raising or rights issue here ? | spob
19/1/2017 08:15 | Comparison with Communisis update on the same day is stark. Must admit I didn't expect this size of markdown this morning... 80p seems very cheap if they can recover next year. But of course the size of the if is the big unknown... | edmundshaw
19/1/2017 08:03 | Bid 120.25p and offer of 95p - what is that about? Has it gone into auction? | aleman
19/1/2017 07:40 | Looks like yet another buying opportunity about to make an appearance!! | prokartace
19/1/2017 07:31 | Looking at final results, the co. remakes upon customer de-stocking of book titles, Clays has a big relationship with Penguin Random House(Pearson), one issue Pearson commented upon y'day, not relevant right now, but down the line this may be! Another concern for them with the likely transfer of PRH to Bertelsmann! | bookbroker
19/1/2017 07:27 | Oh dear. That does not read well at all. | lord gnome
19/1/2017 07:12 | Another day, another warning! | bookbroker
14/1/2017 10:46 | You mean boring wait until a trading update in a couple of weeks? Since 2012, SIV have updated after the finals in Nov, Nov, Dec and Jan. I expect there will be an update to coicide with the end of the half-year this month even though it is not noted on the financial calendar. | aleman
13/1/2017 21:39 | ...and down again - yaw(n)yawing. boring wait to Interims | puku
13/1/2017 09:26 | Half year at the end of the month. Figures due in March. The share price will mark time from here until next news and then we'll find out if we are breaking out or breaking down. It all depends on the outlook. | lord gnome
12/1/2017 18:17 | I'll zoom in a bit on those moving averages. I don't think I've ever seen them get so tight before. The share price has now squeaked above all 3 averages in all 3 charts. That'll give those computer algorithms something to think about. | aleman
12/1/2017 15:56 | A close over 135p would be very positive | red army
12/1/2017 15:01 | nice tick up today - signs of life ? | puku
21/12/2016 18:10 | Simple, Weighted and Exponential. Equal weighting to each of 200 days. Last day is 200 times weighting of first. And last day is given exponentially higher weighting (don't know what power - possibly different ones). I'm no expert and tend to fundamentals but I tend to reference the one that has seen the most noticeable interaction in the past. | aleman
21/12/2016 17:47 | What is the difference between EMA, WMA and SMA? And which is/are important? | edmundshaw
21/12/2016 14:01 | Trying to break through 200-day average? | aleman

11/11/2016 15:07 | That would do me, but steady and progressive? This Share, no chance! | prokartace |
