19/12/2024 10:54 | Merry Christmas! Getting the spam recipe book out yet again. Only thing bubbling up here is the dodgy plumbing Has Dr Rosso been on the sauce already? See you next year Enjoy | ![]() spamforxmasagain
19/12/2024 10:51 | DD issue with Angola hasallegedly been sorted and heading towards full conclusion. TBA shortly. Watch KVK for new B.V. subs appearing for both Tende and ETU in respect of 18, 31, 27. OML 65 is progressing but not particularly efficiently. Cost overruns are not to the liking of Tende which, as I have reported before, does not have control of how ops are being conducted. COPDC reports to Day, Tende's rep in Dubai, who can only make recommendations. Tunisia is at some risk. Headaches on getting Cosmos field underway. ETAP/ENI being obstructive. 2-part operation ...... A is the commodity trading aspect, refined petroleum product, notably polymers. B is the feed ie part-ownership of producing sources of crude 18, 31, 65 | ![]() dr rosso

19/12/2024 05:55 | Solarno lopez- 10d ago- No but they are working their socks off in the back ground, one happy holder that's me !Posted on Tende thread. Solarno Can you explain how you are a happy holder after 15 years of being shafted? | ![]() aventador
18/12/2024 23:58 | If we can establish a group of this size we should hold on to it as it could come in very handy for leverage in the future. Even if they produce something in the next few days it's very possible that we may need to use pressure for something else in the future. | ![]() vatnabrekk
18/12/2024 23:38 | Hi sonic vendetta - a prolonged bitter campaign against someone. I would perhaps suggest that board have a vendetta against all us shareholders! I hope they put out the accounts tomorrow! actually I hoped would have had them months ago. If we have 5% we have options thats what I'm trying to achieve, some bit of shareholder power. I hope you join the cause just in case the board are not forthcoming with all the answers we want in the annual report | ![]() helix_22
18/12/2024 22:57 | "Extra due diligence on the incoming group allegedly the cause of delay in announcing." Doc, where did you get this one from? Pardon me if I'm just a little skeptical about this latest bit of news! | ![]() vatnabrekk
18/12/2024 22:30 | Things bubbling up from below the surface. Extra due diligence allegedly the cause of delay in announcing Angola. Shift of focus to commodity trading (petroleum by-products), with our own distinct prolific sources of crude under the belt courtesy of consortia partnerships. Hmm, we'll see. No fewer than 5 ARs due out so next couple of weeks could bring the long yearned-for transformational news. Potentially exciting but how many times before have we been here then everything falls away? Anyway, a ray of hope as we move into the christmas period. New year wish is for BoD to make way for newby professionals and get things moving far more efficiently than what we have witnessed to date. | ![]() dr rosso
18/12/2024 21:38 | With all respect to helix but by the time you’ve sorted your vendetta against the company the AGM and accounts would have happened and published. Who are you going to elect to be appointed to the board and out one or all of the current board… 10 years too late and by the time action has any affect on your efforts I’m sure all will be done and dusted. However 9% is a good effort so good on you for trying. | 1sonic

18/12/2024 20:21 | Fast approaching the point where any relist will require 2 Annual Reports! That's some going.Maybe they're going to release them both together in xxx months, then they could have back to back AGMs for each! All getting way beyond the point of being totally ridiculous. | ![]() astralvision
18/12/2024 20:21 | All we want is more frequent updates and the truth! And the bloody thing relisted so those that want to can sell up! | ![]() aventador
18/12/2024 20:16 | There can be no relist until the Registration Charge, that is currently still in existence, has been settled. 28 Oct 2024 Registration of charge 051814620009, created on 24 October 2024 In simple terms, a registration charge is a form of security a lender takes over a company's assets to secure a loan or the performance of an obligation. This can include assets such as property, equipment, or intellectual property.2 Aug 2023 | ![]() htrocka2

18/12/2024 16:52 | It’s been one week since I posted the suggestion that the time had arrived for attempting a bit of shareholder action. This was to test the water the results: 70+ responded 470+ million shares (9% of the company) In order to take any action we need to have 5% verified shareholdings. I have now received 10+ verified statements/letters of different peoples shareholdings. Please continue to send them in. The options available to us as suggested by different people 1. Approach the company and say we x number of shareholders representing x number of shares and we want written answers to this list of questions 2. Propose a resolution lowering the remuneration of the board 3. Propose a resolution nominating someone to the board as a non-executive director 4. Propose a resolution requiring the board publish a quarterly comprehensive operational and financial updates Please do sign up if you haven’t already or direct message me for my email address: To those who have responded already please do continue to get your share statements/letters sent through. I will at some point (after Christmas) send out a new poll asking which option or options you would like to pursue. Are there other options that anyone wants to suggest to be added to the list? | ![]() helix_22

18/12/2024 15:48 | “Ask yourself why a Swiss-based trader of refined petroleum product now holds £1.6m worth (at 2p) of Tende shares.” Cos they were scammed like the rest of us? | ![]() bestdeal1
18/12/2024 12:14 | The current JP site holds the longest record of 140 days to go without a trade....beating the previous, held between 24/01 to 10/04 by 34 days, .well over one month. While the share price is reputed to be at 2p, the demand for the share is zero. | ![]() htrocka2
18/12/2024 11:53 | JPJ has been engaged in order to ensure that the shares, held firmly at a nominal price of 2p, are not tradable. Tende's confirmation statements of mid-2023 and mid-2024, on the other hand, reveal that hundreds of millions of shares are being transferred among the nominee accounts. BNY with 1.1bn shares (20%), up from 780m in 2023 and 663m in 2022, is the largest holder. One suspects that they know something that we don't. This storage and trader of petroleum products acquired 83m shares through a transfer. Nothing shows up on JPJ. | ![]() dr rosso
18/12/2024 11:10 | I have not visited this BB for about 18+months. Were SRSP shares auto swapped to Tende Energy, and are they not "tradable"? | ![]() 5uns |
