26/1/2019 11:17 | Couldn't rely on Bobo and crew to dig up spuds let alone spud an oil well. | 6cer
26/1/2019 11:16 | The only spuds we'll see are in the bargain section at Asda. Smart price Spuds. | xerot
26/1/2019 11:02 | Be a miracle if they spud this by Easter imo. | aventador

26/1/2019 09:43 | And more turmoil and uncertainty in the ‘non’ pipeline. Buhari May not be able to re run for presidential elections, due to be held on the 16th Feb. All efforts are being made to expedite the hearing for the 05th Feb. Not looking promising. Does this effect our future and if so, how? | futureisbright
26/1/2019 09:28 | I have little confidence that ORORO will be spudded this month and would extend that to no spudding in February,if this turns out to be the case what do other posters/investors think could be the reason for more delays. From an investor's perspective given the majority of information that Sirius has fed us has turned out to be at best misleading, nothing we are told can be accepted with any degree of confidence. That has to include the latest ADRIATIC drill commitments. With Nigeria's elections looming and the ororo licence running out would Sirius risk the relapsing of the licence with so much at stake. Our understanding is Sirius has to drill a well or produce oil gas from the field to satisfy the FTSA and the terms of the licence. With many investors agreeing that ORORO unlocks all the other associated/interconn There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true and the second is to refuse to believe what is true. | bronislav
26/1/2019 09:11 | We've had more false starts than Frank Spencer at the job centre. These guys make dear old Frank look like some kind of genuine genius. | xerot
25/1/2019 21:28 | It's probably yet another false start that we long suffering pi's have had to endure. | 6cer
25/1/2019 20:26 | I am still living in hope that this current 227 drill has some link to us. Just seems to line up with our strategy of funding near term producing oil fields plus it's close to our talked about assets | deadly nightshade
25/1/2019 19:47 | “Larf,” while a fun word to say, is a term some cannabis consumers may not have heard before. It's a slang word that refers to smaller, immature buds that didn't quite reach their full potential. Usually these buds are wispy or fluffy little flowers found on the lower branches of cannabis plants. | 1sonic
25/1/2019 19:12 | Mustn't grumble!! you having a larf we are 50 percent worse off than a year ago with no real progress still. This rig needs to move next week It should already be on site by now we where told and still radio silence about what's going on, other than more cash raising at our expense. | aventador
25/1/2019 18:53 | 26.2 I may have got it wrong and hold my hands up to that but I’m right about what I said to HT. Let’s just get the rig and I’m sure all will be happy! Great top up opportunities though since the summer. Must not grumble. | 1sonic
25/1/2019 18:31 | Sonic telling someone not to talk rubbish 😂 BOOM EQUINOX | twentysixpointtwo
25/1/2019 18:21 | aprallan - Unlike us the consortium to date hasn’t invested any cash, manpower or equipment to Sirius. So I’m sure they’ll not be losing much sleep over any delay (Sirius who’re they ). To them we’re just one of a thousand minnow’s baying for their attention. However one would have thought that they would have used or offered up one of their vast array of expertise before now without us having to hire in add hoc (it would have shown a true collaboration) it’s also interesting that SherlOck mentions that £2 mil has just been drawn off (is that from the recent aqua blue deal??) if so I’ve never seen them react so quick! is it bonus time again or the start of events? G&T time have a good weekend all. | captminion
25/1/2019 18:03 | HT if they had kept their word! None of us would have any money left or any shares left. The lights would have been turned out just like Afren 3 years ago! Don’t talk rubbish. | 1sonic
25/1/2019 17:52 | '...the only true way of making serious returns here is for the company to do what it says..' '... the Company is assessing suitable candidates to provide the appropriate oil services for the drilling operations on the field, including the procurement of a drilling rig slot for the second half of 2012.' Assuming they had kept their word and did what they said and were up and running by January 2013...at 10,300 bode would have been 3,759,500 bode P/A, with six years of pumping would have amounted to 22.56m bode..at an average price of (let's say) $60 a barrel is about $1.35bn …..and that's with only 814m shares in issue......if they had kept their word....this would now probably be £1 a share....but the truth is it's now a further six years down the line with an extra 2.7bn share in issue and the share price at sub 1p. If they had kept their word....there would have been no need for an 2.7bn extra shares, the control of $1.35bn to slip through their fingers and the need to go cap in hand to 'Wonga' lenders....if they had kept their word. | htrocka2
25/1/2019 16:40 | Well, my friends. Last week of January looms. Are Shelf going to deliver? Let's see. | drrichard
25/1/2019 15:31 | Agree with you there deadly. With all the delays suffered with Sirius, it is comforting to know that the rest of the consortium is still tolerating these delays as well as us. (assuming they still are) | qprallan
25/1/2019 15:16 | thing is though for all the delays upon delays here the only true way of making serious returns here is for the company to do what it's says it's going to do and fund multiple assets into production. It's all very well raising a million here and a couple of million there year after year but it would be in everyone's interests if they put this into production and raise the market cap from 20 million to say 500 million and possibly beyond. It's in no one's long-term interest bar paying a few wages to keep plodding along every year with no oil production. I keep asking myself what have bp, Schlumberger, add, cosl and all the other associated party's seen that made them want to get involved here??? surely it has to be more then a ororo oil field that to date has produced not a drop of oil???? | deadly nightshade
25/1/2019 14:11 | Eagerly waiting for pipecleaner Pete's 10 percent rise today.Rather see 400 percent though might see break even finally. | aventador
25/1/2019 13:32 | Circa 600 million shares sold last year in one chunk. The proceeds destination would be revealing? Perhaps a percentage of the latest 2 million has found same home? | lotusflower
25/1/2019 13:20 | Rig is on OPL 227. Circa £2m has just been drawn so I’m sure it will be put to good use and help us progress things through one means or another. Little SIPP top up today. | sherl0ck
25/1/2019 13:16 | 6m sell and no price movement mmmmmm!! | solarno lopez
25/1/2019 12:32 | End of Jan 6 days where's the rig? | aventador |
