I thought this was an interesting find......This lad is head of Ondo's 'Oil and Gas' department appointed by Dr. Mimiko himself (and they've been friends and associates for many years)....just another piece of the jigsaw.

It's the 27th of February 2017...this is Dr Mimimko's last day as Governor of Ondo State. The long term holders on this board will acknowledge the good DR's involvement over the years with Owena Oil and Gas, the State owned oil and gas vehicle, with whom SRSP have a confirmed alliance. The extract below is from his farewell speech...(note the last four words in the paragraph....I'm certain that's a direct reference to Ororo.....ie, 'one of them'...implies a plural)




'We have built on assets inherited from past administrations. We have for example, deepened our investment in the Oil and Gas exploitation and in a short while, we shall start earning direct income from one of them.'

(this is direct from the 'horses mouth')





It wouldn't surprise me to learn that Dr Mimiko is an SRSP 'existing shareholder'.

I see but cannot fully open a suggestion by TW that placings should come under AIM rules to avoid T + placings and he seems to be aiming this at Cloudtag can anyone enlighten me/us.

I have raised this here as a number of posters believe that the issue pervades with placings with SRSP

In my opinion, I think the MM's are trying to hold the price back until close of play today so the subscription shares due for submission today @ 0.75p don't appear to be at a discount to market rate.

Get the shares admitted to AIM today and then it think it's chocks away. Exciting times.

And, Sherlock, ht and Vatna, as MFDevCo have said, another advantage is that many of our putative targets have minimal exploratory risk as at least some work on theses fields has already been performed.
