As if having Havoc and Schlumberger onboard wasn't enough, Sirius signs definitive contracts with an ultra-specialist ADD/COSL combo. A/C must be mighty confident to proceed without upfront payment. Rewards must outweigh risk on a high pressure field.

The last 3 trades on srsp have been interesting :-). Looks like market maker codes to me :-). The last 2 especially as they end in 28 and 88 respectively which going on my bit of paper with codes on it means " Big buyer around in background" . Just a hunch mind but thought interesting.

To be honest, in hind sight, it was fortunate that srsp failed to raise project finance in the past as projected targets would have been based on much higher oil prices of the time and we would have been struggling now... Schlumberger acknowledged that re-entry to Ororo1 was possible but only up to existing TD and at a cost of $25m. With the unforeseen collapse in the oil price,failure to conclude Project Finance then was the best thing SRSP have done to date.(baring the latest deal of course)
