Fair play comedy ,if you have bought 250k then the trades matching is indeed coincidental.

Two scenarios this week .
1-we have the half year report rns,d.
2-the company goes into suspension of its own choosing before the results are due.

P.41: The Exchange will suspend AIM companies which are late in publishing their half-yearly report or their annual accounts, pursuant to rule 40.

The relevant half year period is 1 Jan to 30 June. The Co. must publish its HYR within 3 months of the end of that period. The deadline this year is Fri 30 Sept.

If for any reason it is withheld, all share trading is suspended. That may well be the case here, accompanied by a note of a pending announcement which I would expect to be in relation to the proposed submission of an Ad Doc, which would require shareholder approval at a GM on or before 4 Nov.

Thank you for the research x1000, but my reading is that "not later than 3 months after the end of the relevant period" is the end of September or have I misunderstood?
