GVL made the $860m acquisition of 30% of the Buzzard, N. Sea field.
1.5bbn and knocking out 180k bopd.

Lot easier job at Sirius where production has been approx 0 bopd since the rns back in mid-2012 telling us to expect oil to be flowing in Sept 2012.

Obviously saw the opportunity to take a breather from super-wheeler-dealing in the O&G industry so jumped on board to have a good rest. Because the bloke is clearly going to be in hibernation for the next 6 months or so it would be unrealistic for anything to be happening behind the scenes, never mind any announcements. He's probably on holiday in a Barbados beach club right now with his new chum, Coco, sipping pina coladas before the cabaret starts.

Billi Folahan, (Technical Director) - began his professional career at Chevron in Nigeria where he worked for many years as an exploration geologist. His work involved the evaluation of prospect and leads in Chevron’s Eastern and Western exploration districts. He later joined Oando Exploration and Production Limited, where he helped form its exploration unit, and oversaw the successful bidding process for the company on two oil prospecting licences and one oil mining licence. Mr Folahan is a professional member of the Geological Society of America, the Nigeria Association of Petroleum Explorationists, the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
Abdulrasheed Oluwaseun Tobun - is an alumnus of University of Lagos with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics. His 7 year work experience spans various industries such as oil and gas, building and construction as well as logistics and distribution in the public and private sectors of the economy. He is in charge of Business Development.
Aminu Ahmed Aliyu - obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Schiller International University, Spain. He has worked in various capacities spanning sales and marketing, distribution, protocol in the public and private sector. He is the Head Finance & Administration Officer.
Khadir Abba Dasuki – is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University and his business scope spans the pharmaceutical industry, real estate investments as well as oil and gas ventures. He has occupied the position of Managing Director for Lakeside Pharmaceuticals, a leading pharmaceutical company based in the FCT for the past 10 years. In addition, he is also the MD of Lakeside Ventures Ltd; a company focused on oil and gas transactions in the Gulf of Guinea (West Africa), and real estate developments. He is on the board of several companies including Water Treatment & Technology Company of Nigeria, a subsidiary of GE, and Chairman of ABID Services Nigeria. He is Director of Government Relations.
