29/1/2016 13:33 | Vatacarma - 29 Jan 2016 - 13:06 - 43824 of 43825 - 0Oilbuy only you would come up with a crass statement like thatMy statement is in relation to his top up. I don't see how you could call it crass.Your comment is filled with space and air ! | oilbuy
29/1/2016 13:14 | when srsp posted rns' saying that oil production in 2012 was 'ready to go' I believe this was genuinely the case.. however, a 'spanner got thrown into the works and it got postponed. take a look at the bottom of the page and press 'Directors deals' (next to 'all transactions') Pryke believed that it was about to take off. | htrocka2
29/1/2016 13:06 | Oilbuy only you would come up with a crass statement like that | vatacarma
29/1/2016 12:56 | Cammy3 Good timing | oilbuy
29/1/2016 12:55 | 'Therefore just using SRSP as a vehicle to satisfy hidden intentions.' This is ultimately how it's finished up. With regard to Sapetro....if the T/0 or reverse T/O was by another AIM (or stock exchange) company, then trading would continue as normal throughout the negotiations, as in the Shell/BG take over, however, if the T/O involves a Non LSE company, ie Sapetro (a privately held Nigerian Company) as an example...SRSP shares would be suspended until the outcome and re-admission.....may | htrocka2
29/1/2016 12:46 | I doubt Cammy is a nutjob - but brave to call volume for this afternoon. | bumhammer

29/1/2016 12:34 | TOPGUN you can rest assured that it is hot air, as I said go back over his postings and you read that nothing has come to fruition from his postings | vatacarma
29/1/2016 12:29 | Well you heard it here first the re rate is gonna start this afternoon ? Let's see if Cammy knows anything or is it more hot air check back in a few hours! | topgun1000

29/1/2016 12:22 | That is very, very positive Mr C. Oil up, hopes up, let's hope SP's up | drrichard
29/1/2016 12:17 | If you go back over CAMMY 3's posting especially in the last 3 months you will observe his tendency to produce rash statements to such an extent they are total bullshine and his prophecies never happen In other words he hasn't a clue | vatacarma
29/1/2016 12:15 | Just watch this afternoon | cammy3
29/1/2016 12:11 | Cammy3, you keep saying this. I want it to as much as you, believe me. Nothing is lit as far as I can see. | bumhammer
29/1/2016 12:07 | About to explode | cammy3
29/1/2016 11:52 | "they will leave the application of the Production Licence to the Newco itself" Yes, the O2A appraisal drill will be in Sirius name, STF likely via a Neal-inspired $7m bond. Then the complete package of hitherto hidden assets can be disclosed and transferred over in a merger with NewCo who will take charge of all production ops. Meanwhile Mr Neal has made sure he cannot be closed out at a pre-merger, pre-rerate. If its eg Sapetro rto, all Sapetro assets (and debts) form part of the new equation. Sapetro ops in neighbouring Benin's Seme Field are at a standstill atm. NewCo with twin merged assets + LTF secured + UK listing. Valuation? | dr rosso
29/1/2016 11:48 | htrocka - thanks for the reply. Any thought regarding SRSP having a silent backer who may want to remain undisclosed but yet sees significant value in a pipeline of Nigerian oil and gas assets. Therefore just using SRSP as a vehicle to satisfy hidden intentions. | 1alfi
29/1/2016 11:46 | "they will leave the application of the Production Licence to the Newco itself" | dr rosso
29/1/2016 11:40 | 1alfi htrocka - "Even now I believe that the Newco" 'Is there going to be a new company' SRSP are not big enough to go it alone. Biting off more than you can chew is asking for trouble. Guarantee are 'field operators'. They have no cash, and can only go to the next stage ie, a Production Licence, if they can prove to the DRP that funding and production facilities are in place.....and who's funding the field?...Sirius petroleum. However,SRSP are also too small and not a production company. This, in my view, leaves two scenarios, if they drill then the name of the Newco will have to be submitted to the DPR so as to obtain the Production Licence, or they will leave the application of the Production Licence to the Newco itself. I favour the latter. 'Yes' this may also end up as a 'tie-up' with SRSP and Newco...but I doubt that will be of any concern to the DRP. For Newco to have a complete T/O of srsp.....they'll not only need to know what's below the Chevron drill but also the proven hydro carbons of oml 241. If 241 is as large as has been estimated, then even entities such as Ophir will be stretching themselves to cope with a buy-out. For SRSP to obtain the much vaunted final valuation at around the £2bn mark...you would need companies such as Schlumberger, who's M/C is nearly $23bn and are now taking stakes in fields as up front payment and also possibly Havoc with Ophirs original backer or a combination of both as the Newco.....Schlumberg | htrocka2
29/1/2016 11:29 | DrRosso - "Target Co. brings its own assets into the equation, whilst acquirer (Sirius) at that point reveals substantial assets of its own." Am I reading that right as you are thinking Sirius is going to aquire an asset owning company. Care to expand on that Dr | 1alfi
29/1/2016 11:25 | 6,912,000 reacquired from his interest in the SB. 6,542,000 were then traded, with 6,520,000 lumped into a max £15k ISA The switch cost him £110 + a loss of 22k shares. So, what happened to the remaining 370k? Take a look at that transfer day, 27th Jan. Is there a 370k buy? | dr rosso |
