Granny (Ite) Tim ... you better tell the directors sell their shares quick .. the poor sods .. after working all these years and get paid only in srsp shares ... they should have listened to you all along ...

Here's their email ' AjayKejriwal@gmail.com' '

" 02 Nov 2015 in consideration for his contribution and pursuant to a letter of agreement entered into on 30 October 2015, Ajay will receive 25 million new ordinary shares (“New Ordinary Shares”) issued at a price of 0.4 pence per share. "

Won't be drilling full stop if all the share shuffling has been done in order for the sale of the company. Also why we have had no funding and they don't care about the free fall in share price does them a favour they know the score problem is we don't luck favours the brave holders here.

Rudeolf are you guessing again or have you been told something?

Seems to me they never wanted the funding the key was when they did a fund raise for 20 million and fell short by a few million. They 100% could have got that extra money if they wanted, I am certain of it. They chose not to take it and there has to be a reason for that. "

Chris ... Bobo stated it in his last public interview ... at $50 a barrel they'll drill ororo ... since that interview the oil price has fallen to €44 thus the delay in raising funding for ororo. .. if opec don't act on next meeting the oil price will continue to fall ending any short term chances of drilling ororo.

The last placing fell through because it was conditional on raising further finance through Nima. Nima pulled out due to falling oil prices thus the placing was cancelled. I doubt they could have raised $20m at 3p just for ororo they needed another carrot to attract that sort of funds but that other carrot requires additional funds in its own right that's were nimas funding was required.... abit of a catch 22 situation

If Neal can raise a bond for ororo they can develop ororo independently of any other asset ... but that all depends on the oil price ... over $50's they'll drill .... under $50 doubtfull they'll drill

Insiders have acquired 70m (Calvet) + 120m (Greenlands) + 275m (placing, incl Jarvis) at an average of around 0.5p.

Certainly the dipped share price means that these shares will not have been sold, so where are C & G hiding their holdings?

Collection of shares in the right hands is what this venture is primarily all about. AR confirms the confetti distribution to the Geneva insider Family Trusts

Accounts for the year up to 16 July 2015 reveal ....

2 March Working capital loan 44m @ 2.25p to raise £97k Total 1.142bn
1 May Working capital loan 15m @ 1.00p to raise £150k
1 May Juniper 20m @ 1.00p to raise £200k Total 1.177bn
8 May Calvet Family Trust 70m @ 1.00p to raise £700k Total 1.247bn
22 June Greenlands Fam Trust 20m @ 1.00p to raise £200k
22 June Greenlands Fam Trust 40m @ 0.8p to raise £312k Total 1.307bn

At this point Greenlands Fam Trust was stated to hold 54m (4.08%), (despite just having been issued with 60m.)

Since the AR ....

31 July Greenlands Fam Trust 30m @ 1.00p to raise £300k
31 July Unknown 937k @ 1.00p to raise £9k Total 1.338bn
23 Sept Placing 275m @ 0.4p to raise £1.035m Total 1.615bn
23 Sept Greenlands Fam Trust 60m @ 0.8p to raise £480k Total 1.675bn
30 Sept Fletcher 22.8m @ 0.5p to raise £114k Total 1.696bn
2 Nov Kejriwal 25m @ 0.4p to raise £100k Total 1.721bn

The 23 Sept Greenlands addition of 3.7% meant that GFT had received a combined total of 120m shares ie 7.78%. Calvet held 70m (around 5%), with an option to take a further 100m in respect of the £500k it still has made available to Sirius. The only new significant shareholder declared however is Jarvis Investment Management, a nominee ac which acquired nearly 140m shares for its clients around end-Sept.

Conclusions
-----------

Massive accumulation of shares at no more than 1p by 2 insider trusts, neither of whose holdings show up on the major shareholder register. There have been no RNSs to show these new holdings or any disposal.

Confetti-like share distribution to other insider groups for providing loans for working capital at the Nigeria end.

New group taking 140m shares

Between March and November, the Co. raised £3.7m. Virtually no details have been given as to what this money may have been used for. D's salaries remain accrued, with £1.6m payable out of oil revenues on production.

Despite the apparent gloom and darkness, it should be obvious to all that some almighty significant event will at some point happen and be revealed to all rather than be kept within the confines of a select few.

They chose not to take it and there has to be a reason for that.

The collection of shares into the right hands and I believe an exclusive agreement with Ophir which is about to lapse in December means our hands have been tied until that date.

After which I believe this will be sold to a Nigerian company probably Oando as the Nigerians won't want these assets going to foreign companies.

They have always seemed assured of a deal in the past and I believe they have had very real talks about the sale of the company but have fallen through at the last moment.

Oil prices haven't helped our cause but I think these assets could be valuable to the right company, we just have to make a good case for that to happen without too much more dilution and before we are too old to enjoy any return.

I doubt you've ever achieved much in your sad life at all.

Maybe you should have stuck to that plantpots site mate.

The short term direction of srsp depends on what happens at the next Opec meeting in December.

If Opec agree to support the oil price at around $50 a barrel .... then Ororo will be drilled early on Q1 16.

If Opec do nothing and let the oil price drift Ororo won't be touched until the summer at the earliest.

Certainly not running off, merely choosing to stay away from discussion boards. One fact that is certain with my last post and a few previous posts, is that they've received a high number of likes. Which itself tells a story. Anyhow, i'll bid you farewell and leave you and your small man syndrome to wreck havoc.
