We've been screwed so far all they do is issue shares and delays, about time we see the share price move up and reward the hard done by pis and that will only happen when they actually sign a deal and get this project moving.

The burning question is what are you valuing srsp at? and where do you get the figures from to valuate?
With the AGM giving them free running of their own salaries and allowing them to issue up to 1.1 billion shares waht will you be saying to them when you are given the floor?

Plus it's only 32% of the CURRENT issued shares. Calvet draws down a few more of their facility and it's a non-issue.

Yes and upon a 30%+ offer the party has to make an offer based on the highest share price over the preceding 12 months...which probably isn't too high. Fortunately there's a lot of connected parties with shares, options and warrants who will be looking for a lot higher than this, so I think we're ok. PIs make up a relatively small proportion of holders here, so difficult to screw one group without inadvertently screwing others.

This is the way I read it.. Resolution 5(ii)...they have asked for the power to issue 32% of extra shares...probably to a farm-in partner...the problem with that percentage is that it comes under the Take over Code....with all it's implications.

Looks like the big share grab that we've been expecting. Hopefully we get some pre-AGM news so that it can be openly justified... something along the lines of, "We want to line everyone's pockets with all these extra shares, then you can have your T/O price of one dollar next week".

Resolution 4 is the killer. Giving directors permission to allot 1,100,000,000 shares equivalent to 88% of issued share capital.
