23/9/2009 11:47 | yes but yet again underperforms on an operational basis.... why not just sell the company and get the cash back??????? Seems to be a permanent under performer this one...... until that changes why invest??? Also not sure their whole tax software thing is for real or a credible market...slap | slapdash
23/9/2009 08:32 | $25 million of net current assets and long term investments :-) That's roughly equal to the current market cap. Excellent value, linked to recovery and growth in the Chinese economy. | explorer88
11/9/2009 15:21 | fwiw interims were posted 8/09 last year - bit i've seen no announcement. | fegga
11/9/2009 15:12 | Are results definitely next week? | stewjames
11/9/2009 12:33 | explorer - Hope so, These could really fly on the back of some great news given the shortage of stock. | gazza102
11/9/2009 11:48 | results next week will show how undervalued Sinosoft is. | explorer88
09/9/2009 23:28 | well stew as of yesterday im in so we can agree to disagree, dont worry you're in good company now ;-) CB | spadman
09/9/2009 22:44 | Agreed, the difference being I wasn't denigrating the company or making any implications. Perhaps you weren't either, in which case I apologise since that's what bugged me, not the lack of content, but saying you believe something is "too good to be true" usually implies you think there is something dodgy going on. | stewjames
09/9/2009 22:28 | Stew without falling out with each other I think you'll agree that you just made a "garbage" post. Needless to say this overlooked stock will no doubt move further towards its true over the next few weeks. ehuehuu CB | spadman
09/9/2009 19:23 | Top riser on the exchange today according to the ADVFN front page. I think that's a welcome first for me! | stewjames
09/9/2009 16:28 | Fatfish My average as well. I did buy my some more today just to average down a little more. | gazza102
09/9/2009 15:35 | Gazza102 hence the reason i topped up at 4 and 5p otherwise i would have needed 18p to break even, almost there now though need just over 10p but not selling anyway, there is a lot more to go i hope. | fatfish
09/9/2009 15:31 | But it shows that the company is still moving forward - recent acquistion & contract wins Guy Thomas wouldn't have invested 5 million shares without being positive about the company | gazza102
09/9/2009 15:18 | HP, I was referring to spadman's (apparently) substanceless garbage post. I'm still holding these and to be honest I'd have laughed if you'd said we'd be back at this price a few months ago. Not because it wasn't extremely undervalued, I just didn't think sentiment would change this fast. Today's reaction is peculiar as well - a relatively small contract puts 35% on the shareprice? Good old rational markets ;-) Still, more of the same, eh? | stewjames
09/9/2009 14:29 | its not £5m its their currency which is just under £500k | fatfish
09/9/2009 14:27 | AMazing market cap 14M T/O £8M & yet we have a contract announced worth £5M which will complete in the next 4 months. Significant no doubt. | billthebank
09/9/2009 14:15 | seems to be gaining a little momentum now :-) cash rich and a nice divi too, happy to hold for the sat roll out and more. | fatfish
09/9/2009 14:05 | I think due to the cash and net working capital position SJ. Taihua is another Chinese dog that is long overdue a rerating. 7.5p share price, cash of 9.25 and net working capital of 13p. And profitable. The large spread isnt helping though. Result due this months. | hugepants
09/9/2009 09:10 | Low gearing with Chinese contract wins... too good to be true imo | spadman
09/9/2009 09:07 | About time too! Great news at last. Now all we need is some positive news regards the tax software rollout. | apetley
09/9/2009 09:00 | looking good | hugepants
09/9/2009 08:24 | positive news, and results soon :-) | explorer88
09/9/2009 07:05 | RNS Looks like things are finally coming together :-) | fatfish
07/8/2009 15:59 | Supply is tight - Could only get 15k @7p and that required a telephone call. It was implied I could have sold 50k on-line. Now 10k max online @7.5p. They seem to have a sensible strategy in place and encouragingly have ample cash resources to carry it through. Interims normally around one week into Sept. Should rise disproprtionately if any demand comes in. | boadicea |
