Posted at 30/10/2024 06:56 by parsons4 Just looking through the RNS's and apart from the half year figures announced in September there has been the recent update which confirms the company should become EBITDA positive this month. Yet the shares are down 50% since July which of course must be due to the recent placee reducing his holding from 8.29% to 2.86% that's just under a million shares sold !!! There is a lot of talk about the sudden departure of the FD back in April and also that the company is going to run out of money soon !! Both are just idle gossip IMHO, the company has a new facility which in the old days we called factoring, GREAT as it's not easy to raise money nowadays when you are growing fast. I think the market has found a level where sensible investors are happy to buy, we mustn't forget that this company is in 2 sweet spots 1) the eventual demise of the cookie and 2) AI. With a market cap of £9m I am happy to hold and wait !! GLA |
Posted at 10/10/2024 16:42 by parsons4 It's no wonder the price has come down so heavily !! The placing last December was all taken up by one investor who then had roughly 8.2% of the capital of the company. His shares were held by Spreadex as a holding RNS came out soon after the placing. That holding has now gone down to 4.5% odd which means he has sold over 600,000 shares by my calculation. Now he sold imho for either of two reasons 1) he needed to raise money urgently or 2) he had information that he didn't like about the company, maybe to do with the sudden departure of the FD !!! The fact that the share price has stopped falling and that an RNS was put out late on a THURSDAY makes me feel a bit calmer but we will see. If they need to raise money because of the huge increase in turnover then so be it !! otherwise the whole thing has been a scam !!! For what it's worth I still believe they have a good business but they need a positive RNS soon !!! |
Posted at 21/9/2024 13:11 by parsons4 I believe that the Spreadex holding was from the placing that raised £1m all from one investor, so this investor has decided to reduce !!!! |
Posted at 17/9/2024 19:11 by watfordhornet About time they did another investor Q&A sessionThat must be 2 years ago.I would like to understand the commercial models they agree on 4D. |
Posted at 15/7/2024 09:22 by hamidahamida It's pretty obvious company needs good few millions in the coffers to grow and this small committed margin eroding facility is not going to do it.So I'm 100% sure forward selling investors will approach the company and put that money on the table in the form of discounted placing like last time. It's the game always happens |
Posted at 16/5/2024 07:50 by parsons4 Just topped up again couldn't resist. Remember they recently raised £1m at 70p all from one investor !!! |
Posted at 03/5/2024 10:20 by czar Topped up today, the investors selling on new CFO and Google procrastinating on cookie decomissioning fushed out a few loose holders but the Company looks very undervalued IMHO. |
Posted at 25/4/2024 13:27 by parsons4 Don't forget that the last cash raise was taken up by one investor at 70p. They were expecting break-even early this year, I don't think that the delay by Google will slow down the growth as many were not ready for the demise of cookies anyway. A good chance for those underweight to increase their holding imho. |
Posted at 04/3/2024 09:49 by owenski It is likely they'll raise at some point but not a given, I doubt if it'll be a lot anyway, and the recent raise of 1m was bought up by one investor off book. They're growing fast. |
