Nice to see you admiting taking the wrong decision and cut the loses, I must say all the Indicators where very clear at that point, and only went down again because the negative comments about poor Christmas sales, and MMs marking the price down every opening.

I can not say the same for indalo, who shorted at 70p and again at 66p, and now say "I was stopped at 70p this morning for a small loss this time" i think the loss was much bigger than he pretends, the spread was a bit large early morning and did not help either.

LONDON (AFX) - Bank of England governor Sir Edward George believes recent
survey data pointing to a slowdown in consumer spending may well be nothing more
than "erratic short term fluctuations."
"There are always erratic short term fluctuations in retail spending over
Christmas and in the new year," George said in an appearance on BBC's Radio 4.
Yesterday's Confederation of British Industry distributive trades survey had
revealed soft sales growth in December while pre-Christmas sales were stagnant
for the first time in 10 years. The data led to reports that the UK economy is
faltering.
"You should not put too much weight on particular surveys at this time of
the year," he added.
George pointed out that the survey in question ran up to the Dec 18 and
therefore would have excluded the last minute Christmas shopping spree.

I was stopped at 70p this morning for a small loss this time....Next stop 75, BIG resistance there...I'll be taking a large short at that level with a target of 65 again.

Looks like you win this round Master RSI - it hit my stop above 70p. The stochastics had been diverging for a while suggesting a possible upward move so I'm out for now.

In my previous post of 23rd December 2002. I observed that H.Samuel stores were packed with last minute shoppers. It now appears that retailers are beginning to confirm that the period between 23rd december 2002 - to - new year 2003 seems to have been very busy...
After xmas I decided to check out some sales, i could not even get into the car park of the shopping mall, 5 mile tailbacks of people waiting to get in to the sales.
Shoppers may have left it late but there was a late surge this xmas...only regret i didn't buy more at low 6o's.

Master RSI - 30 Dec'02 - 17:02 - 89 of 98 edit
A few years back when I was learning Cobol programing, a black man in the class said: "English is so easy", so I make it dificult, but easy enough for you to follow.

You do managed to follow, and that is so irritating, that you have to go so low as using fool language, but we know the reason the nuts for brains you have, had cracked.

Poor sod, and on top of that the share price is rising, and the smelly stuff is comming down your shorts the colour is not right, you must have indigestion, shall I call 999 ?

1. Its life not 'live', you moron.
2. 'it manage to' should be managed
3. it in the above. What is it ? It refers to an inanimate object. You are referring to people, in which case you could use the word 'they'.
4. 'ofcourse' - is not one word
5. 'But ofcourse not everybody got ' - you mean not everyone has got.
You sound like a neanderthal in primary school
6. 'the difference between the boys from the gentlemen' - you mean the boys and the gentlemen.

There are many more errors but I'm getting bored.
If your speech is this bad, one assumes it is because you have an addled brain and don't really understand the meaning of words.
That does not lead us to believe that you could really understand what the stock market is all about.

What kind of warped logic inhabits your brain ?
Man climbed out of the animal kingdom because it learnt to communicate before it went on to invent the wheel.
It would appear you need to go back and learn how to comunicate properly before you try more advanced stuff.
