They wouldn't be putting in £75M at 25p unless they expected a 3/4X return.

A top management team and an existing top end, high margin product line.

#SHI £153 Million Cash, £150 million in new cash injection will take this to almost £300+ Million of cash in hand and £100M debt. This is definitely being lined up to be taken over by either IKO or CD&R. BOTH HAVE HISTORY OF TAKING OVER COMPANIES.
