"Some industry heavy weights being appointed as directors today too with Simon King previously working for Travis Perkins (a key competitor). This will be a massive turnaround success!."

CD&R will pump in gbp 85 million.I'm sure the remainder gbp 80 million will be taken up by IKO (largest share holder) and the other institutions. 50p in weeks.80p pre covid levels coming soon.

End of Feb wig was targeted at 65p, no reason really for that target to be any different now.

DTG raised gbp 170 million at gbp 5.60 last week. Now trading at gbp 9.50.Companies who can secure major financing in this Covid environment are going up.Expect 50-60p here in coming weeks.Just look at the calibre of the backing. All the bad news is priced in.Business back to pre covid levels.New management and strategy.Very health cash balance sheet postion of £300 million (150 curren cash position and 150 to be raised).Current market cap £160 million. This will double atleast in no time.

I would assume 600 plus million to be placed. That will take some time to filter through but should be enough to get through the current turmoil and malaise in the markets.

25p per share fund raise of 160 million. Put a base around that figure. It won't be flying (yet) but CD&R is a good investment manager with some canny people around.
