Well the share grant conditions are Extremely favourable based on the performance from 57p they might as well just give him the 600.000k on top of the 1 million already.
I’m dissatisfied with the extremely minimal share price growth required when accounting that they are from 57p

I look at this slightly differently. The options are why he joined. Frankly most of his wealth generation will come from these options. Is this price worth having him onboard? IMO damn right. He will deliver the USA success and that is what matters.

Mind you now the baseline price is set watch this share rise!

CAS, that’s the gist of it, all share price and trade reporting platforms, have the trade algorithm set the same way, above mid is a buy and below mid is a sell, with any trades at mid reported as unknown, if you can get access to RSP or DMA, you can get a better understanding of the market situation, but in most cases that costs an additional subscription fee, ….GL S

It's all done using algorithms but does not take into account when the trade hsppened just when it was reported.

I believe that the 'buy' and 'sell' info on trades is a guess based on the reported spread at that instant. The actuality of whether that trade was a buy or sell is information the market makers do not release.

I imagine this is so they can play games and screw around with prices without any onlookers being able to get the true picture. Protected trade information...

I've bought plenty of shares where I got a better price than the indicative offer being shown on the feed and it showed up as a sell in the trades as it was on the sell side of the indicative mid-price.

It's been like this for ages. Been in other shares and the same thing. I always look on it as a bit of manipulation

Patt Have to agree with Eastlands. It's wrong to show every trade as a sell i bought 63409 today in 3 seperate trades and still showing every trade as a sell on level 2. And not 1 buy showing yet.

PATT - not making any excuses, I've bought in from 40p so I'm happy where we are at currently. Fact of the matter is that these trades are being reported incorrectly & it's not fair on amateur investors. Not one buy today apparently, what a shambles.

Ignore the buys and sells.they are guesses and mostly wrong. If the price rises, there are more buys than sells and the other way round. Claims of market manipulation are excuses for bad decisions. Simples.

my buy is showing as a sell as it was under mid price....i don`t think there would be all these "sells" without any drop in price.....suspect most, if not all, are buys.

Nearly 6 hours of trading and not 1 buy. Absolutely scandalous, would love to know what's going on.

I think that we still have a lot of the 30p placing sells going through. Not bad to have bought in Feb and to have nearly doubled in four months. Lots of investors slice. We need news and then this takes off. All it would need is a USA update saying good early progress and these days are gone.

I cannot see any way that patients would prefer IV to pills due to cost, time, infection and discomfort so expect good news.

So we pootle around 57p for a while. I am adding on Friday

Patience is key and doing nothing is doing more.

Put 2 more buys through 17611 at .567 and 17627 at .567 and same same again showing as sells.On level 2 everything is showing as sells, Not one buy.

My guess would be filling orders at a set press and it could be anybody building a stake.
