Second Quarter Market Share Update

Share, which operates The Share Centre Limited ("The Share Centre"), a leading independent retail stockbroker, is pleased to provide an update on the Group's market share by revenue for the second quarter of 2018, relative to a peer group of 15 other UK retail stockbrokers*. The data is measured by Compeer Limited, the independent business performance benchmarking company.

This latest data shows that the Group's market share of revenues excluding interest increased to 3.88% in the second quarter of 2018 from 3.54% in the first quarter of 2018 (Q2 2017: 4.18%). Including interest, the Group's market share for the second quarter of 2018 increased to 3.54%, compared to 3.38% in the first quarter of 2018 (Q2 2017: 3.61%)
