AGM Statement

Share plc, which operates The Share Centre Limited, a leading independent UK stockbroker, will hold its Annual General Meeting today at 11.00 a.m. and will provide the following update on current trading.

"As previously reported on 31 May 2018, first quarter trading was in line with management expectations, with revenues up by 20% on the same period last year, and trading since then remains encouraging.

"The Board continues to maintain its positive view of the outlook for Group over 2018 and remains focused on its growth initiatives.

"Half year results to 30 June 2018 are expected to be published on 8 August 2018."
