Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that its subsidiary, The Share Centre Limited, on 26 November 2019, sold 59,000 of the shares that it held in the London Stock Exchange Group plc, reducing its holding to 1,000 shares. The sale realised proceeds of GBP4.1 million, which will serve to further strengthen the Group's balance sheet.
