I think the key thing is to take a step back and see that the business appears to have moved on, with improvements indicated in the future. Add that with profits on existing business levels, positive cash flow, a business with scope to grow quickly, and a discount to NAV, and you have an attractive proposition.

I can't help feeling a little concerned by the plethora of minor issues in almost all of their projects mentioned in the update. Until they win any more large contracts outside of South Africa, that Hindustan Zinc project is sooo important so it's a shame to see that affected by delays already.

I think Eurochem take on this claim is to try and avoid that payment, i think they are hoping SHFT come to the table and take a hit on that outstanding debt as a exchange for them ending the outragous 800m claim.
Basically trying it on.

Good start to the day /reaction to the statement seems positive.
Though reading it there is quite a catalogue of difficulties at several of the contracts last year, when you read them all! but , they have been reported already. Even so, at the current price, there should be more upside.

The Eurochem claim ( mentioned) for a sum of $800M seems outrageous. Also the company 'only' possesses around $8M cash. We have to see that case thrown out as frivilous. This is still preventing a considerable re-rating.
