09/11/2004 21:02 | dont even mention his name. | fatnacker
09/11/2004 20:30 | I suppose there is one on every board. Still it could be worse, it could be Mercier et Camier. | snoopdoggywuff
09/11/2004 20:16 | Ho,Ho,Ho....well, well...what have I missed!! I can still smell the fear....shame I couldn't log on yesterday. One would have thought that Peter Nosurname would have known this being in charge and all, failing that the advisor would definately have seen it coming yet neither of them did...bodes well for the future methinks. Never mind, theres always "next week". Oh fatnacker..10/11/200 | thegillsfc
09/11/2004 09:59 | of to work ,hope to see a big a on return. | fatnacker
09/11/2004 09:57 | np dont think its as straight forward as that , it may be an oversight as regards the 6 month rule (in the senario your depicting that would not matter)but it could also be a bit of slacknes on the part of the adviser, either way still very glad i hold. | fatnacker
09/11/2004 09:56 | Well Nil Pd I would have expected that the delisting of STN would have been part of a cohesive process undertaken at the request of STN who would also have provided particulars of the new entity to be listed in STN's stead. And youre right, there has been a lot of anxiety, even on a historical basis, to do with STN and its forebears. | bongo bwana
09/11/2004 09:53 | Pardon us for breathing i'm sure. | snoopdoggywuff
09/11/2004 09:47 | I should have thought it was obvious that the new company will have a new EPIC. Ergo, STN is de-listed. Seems like a lot of anxiety over a straight- forward issue. | nil pd
09/11/2004 09:43 | I hope you are right fn, just bought a new beamer and would be nice to pay it of before chrimbo !. In fact it would be nice to have enough cash to fill the tank. Will have a look at zar as there is nothing doing here at work. | snoopdoggywuff
09/11/2004 09:27 | snoop I think we are much closer to it than that. of topic have a look at zar. ah regrets I have a few. | fatnacker
09/11/2004 09:04 | Looks like it will be nearer to the AGM date on the 16th December now. Make a nice xmas present though. | snoopdoggywuff
09/11/2004 07:53 | Once again Nobby thank you for your invaluable input. I can now put away the librium, valium, lithium, and a selection of other medicinal coshes that have been on my fevered lap since yesterdays bombshell. Anyone know a good drama therapist? | bongo bwana
09/11/2004 07:50 | Everyone can rest easy. Although the delisting did come as a surprise to Peter he told me that Grant Thornton tell him it is a formality to get it reinstated after the EGM to approve the deal. This appears on first reading to mean that we won't be relisted when the document is posted out but I will try to clarify today. Nobby | nobbygnome
09/11/2004 07:46 | iS THAT YOUR PREDICTION OF THE NEWS DATE ? | bongo bwana
08/11/2004 17:03 | Right, the morning started with a real bloody fright but things have calmed down a bit and thats no harm. Looking forward to Nonbbygnomes contributions tomorrow. Ssleep well all. | bongo bwana
08/11/2004 15:33 | good find dvda, i'm now a :| Any luck with Peter, Nobby? | johndavison
08/11/2004 15:08 | Looking at the AIM rules, this bit on reverse takeovers might be relevant... “Where shareholder approval is given for the reverse takeover, trading in the AIM securities of the AIM company will be cancelled. If the enlarged entity seeks re-admission, it must make an application in the same manner as any other applicant applying for admission of its securities for the first time.” If they were going to have to cancel anyway as part of the reverse takeover, then this cancellation, is maybe not that big a deal. | dvda
08/11/2004 11:27 | It was 7 months yesterday I think since suspension. | simcox1
08/11/2004 11:16 | Nobby, any chance in getting on the 'phone and finding out what is going on. It seems that we have dropped into the more than 6 months category. Not much we can do now, can't trade so have to "grin" and bear it and hope this isn't serious. Now feeling depressed and bunkering down waiting for the 'told you so' brigade to appear! JD :( | johndavison
08/11/2004 10:37 | Presume they have been cancelled due to the 6 month limit on suspensions being exceeded. No idea what this means in reallity i.e. how hard/easy it is to be re-listed. It might just be a matter of sending in a form and paying a fee. | dvda
08/11/2004 10:30 | I dont recall such a vote or notice of holding such a ballot! | bongo bwana |
