Directors have seen the early income forecasts and like what they see.

Waiting for more funds to transfer, for another top up.

more director buying, all small amounts but the aggregate volume gives a good indication that all the directors see this going only one way.

Jersey, Channel Islands, 1 June 2021 -- Serinus Energy plc ("the Company") has been informed that James Causgrove , a director of the Company, purchased an aggregate of 400,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 2.55 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr. Causgrove's total shareholding in the Company comprises 400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.035% per cent of the Issued Share Capital of the Company.

Unfortunately the shares on both exchanges rank pari Passu but are not fungible. I'd be very happy with 14pps.....even if it was in zloty......

I can assure you bbg and refinitiv are correct. Can you imagine the arb opportunity if there was a GBP 100m pricing anomaly? That would be closed pretty quickly!

There are less shares listed on the Polish exchange. Looks like one site is using the total shares (both UK and Poland) and another is just using the ones listed in Poland to calculate the market cap.

That's incorrect - both Eikon and Bloomberg have PLN 152m

Market cap is 874m Zloty which is equal to £166m. This is equivalent to 14.57p per share.

Yes, indeed sorry. Not sure on the significance of that though? The market cap is PLN 152m which is GBP 29.1m which is exactly the market cap of the London listing
