But don't forget that due to the ongoing puny interest rates on savings many people are invested in the market who are retired and don't really want to be in equities..That's going to keep markers high, IMHO.

I agree ftse is just above where we were 18 yrs ago where the dow is way over priced , but the trouble is when the dow catches a cold the ftse gets the flu

Sorry Fardel i added too many 000000 i have altered it to 20000 and you are right oil as gone up 50% i knew some one would correct me its a shock to the market what causes major market movements

Dow hasn't gone up 200000 in nine years and oil is up 50% in three months and doubled in three years.Where are you getting your info from chesty.,?Understand you're out but ffs.

Back in last week Dh but only fifty thou ish..Saving funds for IOG retrace and the possible award of something interesting in 30th Seaward for I3E.I don't think markets look toppy, but then I've not sold out and sitting in cash.. ;)

I have sold too much uncertaintity going forward, and the markets in genral are looking very toppy so we could have a very big correction coming and it will take everything down if it happens, some times best to sit back and watch the market, a bit gutted when i sold.

I think r3 is delayed because BP don't want anything to do with Iran now.
In theory this is better for SQZ if remaining (or bettered) terms kept?
I have a feeling that the acquisition will continue - SQZ get better 2P because of delay in r3 and I wouldn't be surprised if there was some help to progress this for SQZ due to new circumstances.
It really isn't good if this asset gets closed off because BP / SQZ pull out of deal.
5+% Gas supply has to be shifted elsewhere plus possible redundancies which really is totally unacceptable for Scottish govt and UK govt imho.
We will see but, that's how I think it will pan out.
I openly admit I want to shift some SQZ to IOG but will not do this if IOG pops (and will probably wait too long for price to drop a bit (lol) and miss the boat entirely but...) just being open and honest!!

sawney, my investment in CLNR feels like a wild punt to me also at least looking back, has been a jam tomorrow stock until now but yes maybe the licensing round results could change things

Disagree. No need for bans.Free speech etc etc. This BB is good in comparison to others infested with trolls. At least most posters here are holders or prospective holders all with an interest in SQZ.
Some posters may occasionally blow a gasket in the short term but it returns to normal quickly enough.

Don't forget that Natural gas futures have risen from 41 to 55 over the last 3 months that's over 30% increase.

I took a wild punt on CLNR in January on the basis of the 30th Licensing round due soon and a potential farmout, although I won't be hanging around....
