You're not the only one though, Dh. Should make 'em cheaper to buy back though.. As long as you get up early on 6th April...

How many are you looking to buy, because if you look at the trades its very thin at the moment and the volume is getting lighter and lighter, so if you are waiting for the bottom there could be no shares to buy , if that makes sence

It doesn't make sense.

There will always be shares to buy.

Shares dropping on thin volume is just a buying opportunity. No buyers about and there won't be until we get positive news on production or some other catalyst. The price drop is down to a few bored / impatient / hard up sellers with no buyers about. Sub 60p I may think about a few more, but I have plenty already.

Correct. The plain sailing seen in the stock market over the last few years is a distant memory. All of this volatility means that money can made (and lost) more quickly. I for one am happy to wait.

It's probably true. I'd say they are better informed than us mere mortals and I expect they see other, more immediate, opportunities out there rather than tying up their cash for an indeterminate period, however good this one may be.

but there are some institutions that cannot/ will not buy this until the BP deal completes in Q3, but therein lies the opportunity for the rest of us who are not bound by committees and rule books!

What's the evidence for this out of interest?

General George

I Agree with you regarding longer term prospects next 4-5 years but what
I don't understand is why U.K smaller company,Unit Trusts and Investor
Instituions are not buying by the Barrel Load, is there a reason.!

Fanshaw,

I don't know why you are worried. I don't care if the price drops,
Interest seems to have dropped off.

If one buys now, you are basically getting a fantastic opportunity.

A company producing 7500 bopd (BKR only - net to SQZ), this will increase over the next 4 years. The FCF is superb, cash cow doesn't quite do it justice.

All the other assets and tax break are in for free.

It is an utter steal at these prices.

Where do you think the share price will be in a years time.

All I can say is I think investors get impatient,
but in the long run patience pays.

I will have another top up shortly.

I wonder how much of a factor the Forties Pipeline being shut down over the holiday period played in the wax build up perhaps the wax build up was expediential to static oil in the pipe. Perhaps a section is not buried or poorly insulated.

Hopefully some clarity will be shed on the problem on the 10th of April during the conference call. Fingers crossed the blockage we will be cleared and production online by then as well.

Actually guys from my 'high level' viewpoint (ahem!) I thought all of the above were correct remedies of possible waxing but I also thought (probably incorrectly) the 'quality' of condensate and quantity included (hence chemical make up) within Columbus product was actually a major inhibitor of the wax deposits and this was specific to Columbus product hence, would have increased negotiation position as it would help to 'clean' as opposed to add to the waxing problems.
Or did I just dream all that up lol!
I am prepared to be shot down!
