Amazed no one is posting here so far today. Looks like around 350p at the moment which isn't far off my original prediction - probably will keep falling this morning though

I was making a guess - just reading The Telegraph report about the recent history of the share and that it looks like a significant rescue rights issue - I suspect the market will now be unforgiving - it looks more likely to be sub £3 - but to be honest making a share price prediction is never that wise because 9 times out of 10 most of us get it wrong

You may want to re-read the statement if you think £3.55 will be the extent
of the drop tomorrow.

The risks here have continued to be underestimated by investors.

Update on performance
28 April 2014
Serco Group plc (Serco), the international service company, is currently due to announce an Interim Management Statement (IMS) alongside its Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2014. In preparation for this IMS, and the arrival of Rupert Soames as Group Chief Executive on 1 May 2014, Serco is reviewing its performance so far this year, which has been more challenging than expected. It has now become evident in the light of recent performance that we may need to reassess the level of risk implicit in the assumptions underlying our forecasts. This may in turn require a material downward revision to expectations, and for us to review the appropriateness of our financing position. We will, therefore, be consulting with shareholders regarding the possibility of strengthening the balance sheet through an equity placing.
A further announcement will be made as soon as possible this week.

Just started following Serco - largely because I have faith in Rupert Soames ability to sort it out. Can't see any sign of an entry point yet though - chart still looks dreadful. Any thoughts?

Think 400p would be a good entry price now if your looking to get in - plenty of support at that sort of level and should be good with a medium term view from there.
