JS,

How many zeros did Alfie add to your intended order size? I can only conclude that you work for UBS.

hvs you are really showing yourself up to be a prize plum. Could you please explain to myself and all the other people on this forum how a managing director/CEO who has been in charge for around 6 months is to blame. He's taken over a massive company with a history of huge, serious problems which have rocked the company for well over two years. So please, tell us all how he is the root of all the problems and the one who should carry the can, we're all ears oh insightful one.

P.S. I don't hold but I do keep an eye on the thread.

At the minimum.

Its looks well and truly done.

PENSION liabilities and redundancy pay will leave nothing for shareholders.

Rupert of The CITY will no doubt get a PENSION TOP UP and FAT BONUS.

Two remarks,

Short positions account for 10% of the share capital, far less than the amount to be raised. There won't be any urgency for HF to cover before the capital hike proper I believe.

The statement is refreshingly straight-talking.

Yes, times are back for stock-pickers, whether long or short!

Last week we had Stock Spirits (STCK), today Serco (come on, this one was a sitting duck), next week may be Fenner (FENR) - although the latter has already underperformed a lot and some of the scandi peers have reacted fairly well to downgraded expectations so short covering in FENR may be in order.

What about BAE Systems? Is it all about FX, Dividends and Neil Woolford?

I've got to say, the equity markets are far more "readable" now, with less QE talks and politics and more fundamental and bottom-up drivers at work.
