23/12/2021 01:49 | tightfist - "the executives will be redeemed" -> you are kidding. The dynamic duo have the BOD in their back pockets. IT IS OBVIOUS given the bonuses. Coringa first pour is Q1 2024 knowing the unique delivery skills of the duo. | ![]() sherry35
22/12/2021 22:33 | Yes - I too find it surprising, disappointing and concerning. In the fullness of time, hopefully those interested in the future of the company will re-emerge and the executives will be redeemed - but it's going to take time and on-target delivery. | ![]() tightfist
22/12/2021 16:46 | “As this matter is the subject of continuing legal proceedings in Brazil, the Company has been unable to interview the individuals who received these advances” Surely these individuals would have been interviewed by the company prior to the commencement of any legal proceedings? | ![]() trader465

22/12/2021 16:15 | Thanks for that. Relating to the two apparently contradictory RNSs, the question was about the discrepancy between them: The first RNS, dated 27th August 2021, states, very specifically, after noting “[Deloitte] identified a total of approximately US$340,000 of cash” that: “[Deloitte] have not identified any further instances of irregular cash withdrawals or other material transactions of an unusual nature” The second RNS, dated 27th September 2021 then notes the specific instances of $904,000 and $510,000, noting that they represent ‘irregularitie Mmmm. Bit of a fudged answer, tbh. None of the individual years was sufficiently material, but over 6 years it was. Only 1 question - they will have been delighted... Options all round and onwards, in time-honoured fashion... | ![]() imastu pidgitaswell

22/12/2021 09:12 | But in accordance with their instructions, I sent it in to the nominated email address - so there is no excuse... "The Board wants to ensure that Shareholders have an opportunity to engage with the Company and the Board. Accordingly, Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the Meeting by emailing EGM2021@serabigold.c To which I wrote a (ponced up) version of this: I'm not holding my breath - but I have done what they asked and I want to see whether they hold shareholders in contempt. As I say, they have no excuse - and they are accountable to shareholders. | ![]() imastu pidgitaswell
22/12/2021 09:05 | He won’t need to answer any questions because there’ll be nobody there. Boris can’t afford the bus fare. | ![]() trader465
22/12/2021 08:59 | He's back for the EGM (today) - where he will be studiously attempting to avoid answering my question. | ![]() imastu pidgitaswell
22/12/2021 08:51 | Boris my good mate, the lazy muppet took an all expenses paid weekend away to Brazil, he probably took his Mrs Christmas shopping at your expense. He certainly did not go there to do any meaningful work. “I was at site last week to observe” Note the word “was” ie past tense, he’s back at his local pub already. He’s been observing via webcam from his local pub for almost two years, the flying weekend visit to simply “observe” Maybe he’s been reading my posts and felt shamed into making a quick visit? | ![]() trader465
22/12/2021 08:14 | Hi Farrugia, within the existing licences they hold the initial Coringa mining access licence (cannot recall its proper name) but need a further licence before commencing the assembly of the Coringa process plant. IIRC they have already been refurbishing the (pre-used) plant machines, brought in from Australia by the previous owner..My reading is that the mandatory requirement for an indigenous impact study is under appeal tbd by the judges; nevertheless Serabi have already commenced a study. DYOR..Like Cotton, I am looking for an EGM statement today, that is a lot more expansive than the usual formal notification - possibly to include the Q&A?.Cheers, tightfist | ![]() tightfist
21/12/2021 10:13 | CEO was in Brazil - there you got muppet. The end of another of your favourite nonsenses - Covid shut down, suspension over audit and managers sitting at home. You really are proven to be pathetic, again & again & again!!!! LOSER. | ![]() borisjohnsonshair
21/12/2021 09:29 | EGM is an AGM with special agenda. Only the items listed are discussed so nothing new can be raised unless a pre meeting RNS. Necessary formality but I would bother going. The dog won't walk itself and going to London, no thanks. | ![]() borisjohnsonshair |
