25/8/2021 11:49 | Thanks for the update t60, confirmation of what is already known + ore sorter in use | golden prospect
25/8/2021 11:35 | Message from CL - you will have to guess my questions from the answers but it is pretty obvious (I am taking it that this is OK to republish but appreciate the prompt update based on my request - thanks). This is what these boards are for!!!! 1) - The Ore Sorter has always been operational. The level to which it is required varies on the grade of the material being mined (its primary purpose is to "sort" low grade material) and the origin of the ore (results to date are better when processing ore from the Palito deposit compared with ore from the Sao Chico deposit). As reported in the Q2 update we were at the end of June 2020 slightly ahead of internal targets for 2021 benefiting from slightly better grades. From this it is reasonable to assume that the use of the ore sorter has been in line with our operational plans for 2021. 2) We will inform the market as a whole of any change in the timing of the issue of the 2020 Financials. 3) As noted in the 2nd Quarter operational update of 15 July 2021 - "initial development is planned to commence later in July". Had this not occurred we would have been required to make a market announcement. I am not sure my question on whether it was still planned for the accounts to be issued in August was answered but the reply seems slightly cautious on that front or maybe just my interpretation. Obviously, it has to be worded that way as deemed inside information at this point but passes the time to ponder any clues...I would now guess Sept | tiger60
25/8/2021 08:49 | I notice you sold out first thing today. Bye bye | borisjohnsonshair
25/8/2021 07:34 | Great situation. Smart people spotting the opportunity and now buying. Another blue day today. Who cares about the accounts??? Can't see the need fir the tin hats - no accounts and we rise. Big rise today. | borisjohnsonshair
24/8/2021 23:06 | It's also easy to lose sight that Serabi is debt free having recently completed payments to buy Coringa for 22 million dollars. Strong balance sheet with plenty of cash, debt free, exploring and cash producing. It's a story that some may like. | golden prospect
24/8/2021 22:39 | The trouble is tightfist .. it’s all been knicked 😂 | kennyp52
24/8/2021 22:17 | Hi tiger. Yes, the March placing obviously made a big cash contribution, however on 15th July SRB reported "....Net cash generation of US$2.17 million for the first six months of 2021 after accounting for all operational and capital expenditures of the Palito Complex, all corporate out-goings, together with all exploration and Coringa pre-development payments......"..Of course, we are all eagerly looking for maximum organic production cash generation over the next two years and minimal (or even zero) new debt to complete Coringa commissioning with adequate contingency capital. tightfist | tightfist
24/8/2021 21:13 | Let’s not lose sight that the record cash balance is basically due to the placement not organic cash generation. If you raise $12.5m then it does distort the picture somewhat. The cash is at the cost of dilution which saw us fall from 90 to 75. | tiger60
24/8/2021 19:20 | Thank you tightfist for your reminder ending Q2, albeit dollars! "Second quarter gold production of 9,274 ounces, the best quarterly performance since 2019." "Cash balances at end of June 2021 were US$18.1 million with all debt obligations now repaid. Cash was higher than initially forecast partly because of higher gold sales in June than originally projected." | golden prospect
24/8/2021 19:11 | Thanks for the timely reminder GP, memory fades a little when more than two months have passed. I still appreciate the 18th June RNS emphasis on cash movements/status. Of course, on 15th July they announced that (in the event) a higher cash level of £18.1m was achieved at end of June. tightfist | tightfist
24/8/2021 16:15 | PH, the proforma accounts for period ending May 2021 tell us there are no black holes One can imagine that on publication of Y/E 2020 and Interims 2021 that the share price will be readily restored into the 70's and beyond. UNAUDITED STATEMENT OF CASH MOVEMENTS Ending May 2021 | golden prospect
