It's just the problem with small caps. If anyone had tried to sell in any sort of volume, the most you could have got was 103 (as someone did when it was quoted at 104). And then you have to pay (currently) 100 to buy them back.

In effect, it has barely moved - despite the 7p apparent pullback.

Anyway, it is what it is - you have to accept it or just not play. For the moment, happy to just hold and see what happens over a few months.

Zak Mirs piece was reactionary. He added to his review based on a break out to 99p so not the catalyst, just jumping on the band wagon

2nd qtr profit $4.6m equates to annualised $18.4m or 13.8m pounds @ 1.33 exchange rate.
Pe of 10 (possibly a bit high but I look at SRB as being a growth company) equates to a macap 138m. 60m shares = 2.3 pounds per share. And thats not full production or the benefit of the ore sorter.

Don't think its anything to do with the licence.
If production comes back in full in qtr 4, I'm looking at 18m profit on 38k ounces,
jumping to 29m profit on 46k ounces in 2021. Coringa is different ball game.

I think license is being approved today in zoom meeting. We'd won't come today as Friday before bank holiday and Brazil way behind UK time zone. Coringa license news on Tuesday. 169-200p by Friday

Maybe my 2 x 1,000 buys early on was the trigger!!! I don't think so but good timing.

Yes my thought as well. It isn't for no reason. Could easily rocket to £2. Gold price also giving a great tail wind.

There will probably be some psychological resistance at 100p. Nevertheless this looks promising if it holds. I wonder if insiders have got wind that the other mine licence is about to be approved?

Took a few more this am. Looks like a clean break technically following strong updates and the COVID-19 situation gradually improving in Brazil.

Finally broken out. Lets hope this holds until close. Previous year high 96p so clear sky ahead.

Gold initially jumped then slumped on Fed comments, but with a removal of their inflation target of 2% and veering to a more accommodating policy of tolerating periods above this gives gold room to restart its move up. USD 1956 at present.
