Gold had another very nice day... Argentina and some very poor economic news forcing bond yields lower and lower and no progress on the US and China. Gold just shines more brightly.

It's just a really tightly held stock when there aren't active sellers. As it would appear that there are no more shares coming from Anker or Garraway it moves very quickly on very little volume.

Looks like someone has got wind of the PEA although I cannot see trades high enough to really impact the share price ? Anyone ?

If the PEA does help (as I personally think it will) the investment case here, with the sellers gone it could be really transformative for the share price

Just a few moderate buys here pushed us up by over 4%. Hoping that the late trades point to someone "knowing" that results will be out tomorrow but in the grand scheme of things it really was small beans. Long way to go!

Well it's certainly very silent at the moment!

Still happy holding here; delay annoying more than concerning imo - may have shaken out a few weaker hands over the past month I guess.

US holiday today so don't know if that'll have any bearing on news flow - in July when it was delayed they confirmed the overrun 2 days after so guess we should hear something one way or the other by tomorrow.

Nope, fairly clear there must be a disagreement about something in the PEA in my opinion...otherwise they would have released it or provided an update.

Will this put gold in a northerly move? A few weeks a go Trump aborted a military strike on Iran. As eluded to in the article below in uncovering missle site, I suspect Trump did the same thing with Iran. Launch a whole bunch of fighter jets etc to set off Russian warning systems, which in turn woken Iran's military defenses.
