15/8/2019 10:28 | The anfield PEA for Coringa (few years out of date now) had costs of around $28mm to get the mine to production I believe. Not sure on drawdown, but do know that Serabi have been investing in the site already so dont know if that figure has been reduced at all. The new PEA should clear this up shortly though. | ppvn
15/8/2019 10:21 | Thank you. Definitely time to accumulate. The Q3 & 4 results will be great, reflecting POG - plain to see. I guess PEA exciting to raise NAV. We know the £12m payment obligation but do we know the ballpark cost to productions and high level drawdown of this capex? | borisjohnsonshair
15/8/2019 10:16 | It was Garraway BoJo. What happened was City Financial had to be gated in early 2019, and Garraway took over their holding. They sold some around the mid-40s back at the beginning of the year - there was an RNS about it at the time. After that point, they stopped selling as Anker disposed of their position and I assume Garraway weren't prepared to sell below 40, but that's just my own assumption. Garraway were gated on 25th July and the fund will be closed. So I assume that means they are now selling down their remaining positions. They held 2.8mm, so I'd think that the larger sells that have been reported are them. Again, just my assumption. Think they should be at least half way by now, perhaps further. | ppvn
