For whatever reason they are not affecting the price but probably putting others off from buying. There have been a few large buys/sells reported after hours. One at least had trade type TNCP which I haven't come across before but it does not appear to affect the price.
However I am a believer in cash is king and SRB are generating some atm. Hopefully they do not have to raise much by way of debt to fund Coringa.
As for the accounts, we should get 2020 followed by H1 very shortly, if not on the same day. H1 should just need the final 2020 accounts as a start point. CL should have everything else in place but we will see.

Hi Cotton, Interesting anticipations for a growing £41 EV company
I am currently more interested in following the Cash, for two reasons: Firstly it rarely lies, Secondly I still hanker after Coringa reaching Commercial Production without taking-on any debt.
For some reason(s) the market still seems queasy - witness the three large 135/145k apparent Sells this morning, two of which seem to have been instantly reported. What do you make of it?

Interesting point about the warrant pricing and exercise price - and many of those had the opportunity to undertake extensive Due Diligence. Strange opportunities sometimes from Mr Market!

Investors don't take warrants, creditors do.Regardless of how you might want to dress it up, warrants a deal sweetener. The aspartame if you will when there's no real sugar.

2020 PBT $11m
H1 2021 PBT $6m

My guesstimates.

PH , the management had 75p options, expired this month.

They are clearly going to be happy with with current share price to re-write the next batch for retirement/takeout.

Recent new investors were happy to pay 6p for warrants at 93.75p

[ Good news being suppressed due to accounts vacuum ]

All looks positioned.

Thanks GP - volume and trades suggests positioning imo

(e.g. 50K at 64p just showing)

I wouldn't be GP... The bod are and have been coasting, zero impetus or care by the bod on behalf of shareholders. It's almost as if they've already checked out.

Imagine if they miss their deadline again in September or is it going to be 5th time lucky?

No - they were never going to be suspended. Just pathetic scaremongering without paying any heed to the facts.

I'm not going there again with Plat, it's a waste of time arguing with someone who denies facts.

But it doesn't negate the point that the long standing and well paid management here have not done well with this issue (and a number of others) from start to finish.

Is that the 3rd bod imposed deadline they've missed now or the 4th?Well atleast boris has a few more weeks of selling before it gets suspended

Missed deadlines after deadline. Not good but at least the missing cash saga will come to an end.. or will there be a twist from the Company auditors??
