Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited (the "Company" or "SEQI")

Repayment of Revolving Credit Facility

On 10 October 2018, SEQI, the specialist investor in economic infrastructure debt, announced that it had completed its oversubscribed Open Offer, Placing and Offer for Subscription. SEQI is pleased to confirm that it has repaid the outstanding balance of approximately GBP116 million of its GBP150 million multi-currency leverage revolving credit facility ("the Credit Facility") from the equity issue proceeds.

The Company continues to see a strong pipeline of attractive investment opportunities in which it intends to deploy the remaining proceeds of the equity issue and future drawings under the Credit Facility.
