You sounded a deep sort too

Always look at the track record of the management FIRST

Still learning a lesson is always a good thing

if it hurts your pocket especially so

One for the Business Books.
Beware of companies lead by ex-politicians. They very often not street-wise.

Terminator - shocking isn't it !, LTH absolutely led down a garden path here, totally shafted, one can only feel for them. How the so called BOD get away with this is unbelievable.

More than 95% down in just a year. Yet still valued at £16 million. If it was even half that it would still look expensive.

billy3, it's not good, I cannot see how they can sustain staff etc and other costs/outgoings for much longer!. All they seem to do is give money away!.. No revenue at all. Charity share till bust/taken private. Shareholder's well and truly shafted here. Just hope it goes totally bust and drayson gets nothing!. You have to remember the RNS last November from the BOD & Drayson, totally disgraceful.

5p soon! Then administration.

To be honest, I don’t see any news they can announce other than no sale, or an offer.

They can’t really say ‘we are in final talks with someone as that will be very price sensitive then if a deal then failed, would crash again.

So I see just an announcement either way when it happens.

Morning rampers, seems that this car crash is still in slow motion heading towards the inevitable outcome. Loses last year we're over £40 million and with revenues nearly more than £2 million it's going to take conversion of hundreds of those "opportunities" for this perpetual loss making fluff to even break even. There's already been the emergency fundraising to keep the lights on but that cash won't last long and how long will it be before there is another? Massive gamble, May as well put it all in the nose of a 3 legged lame donkey to win the derby.

Billy, I think we agree on things here. TBH I cannot believe the value currently placed on Sens, especially with investment to date, possible prospects and the quality of staff etc etc. I do believe the uncertainty from 14.1.22, along with some large holders dumping fast have created what 'could' be an opportunity. Be nice to see who took the around 12% of Sens which was sold following the crash ?. No updates on holdings yet.

It really still is a gamble though,,, this until an update is provided on the FSP showing positive discussions?. Big if though, but if so I would expect a move sharp move up to 25/27p followed by a 50 to 60p take out.

A reminder of the financial potential.................

Commercial update and revenue outlook

The business development pipeline continues to grow, with an increased number of negotiations ongoing. In October 2021, it was reported there were over 25 opportunities in the pipeline. This figure has now increased to more than 75 and covers: i) over half of the top 10 pharma companies (defined by revenue) plus biotech companies and CROs; ii) all current and former customers; iii) geographically diverse potential customers from the US, Europe and Asia; and iv) drug discovery through to clinical development to post marketing surveillance. The Company has faced some significant commercial headwinds including contract delays as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to impact pharma companies, changing priorities and increased competition. These factors are slowing the conversion of this strengthened pipeline into commercial agreements. Some competitors claim to offer direct access to patient data, which is counter to Sensyne's ethical model, or access to data that are inferior to the deep, longitudinal data sets that Sensyne has established. Sensyne continues to believe that patient data should never be sold or shared directly with life science companies and that the Company's strategy to be the 'docking station' between health data providers and the pharmaceutical industry is the correct strategy.

On 24 December 2021, the Company entered into two commercial agreements with life science and healthcare customers that had a total value of GBP0.5 million. These agreements represented the first sizeable subscription sales for SENSIGHT. Whilst the total contract value of professional services agreements that may be signed by the end of the financial year exceeds GBP29 million, there remains significant uncertainty over the timing of when or if these agreements will be signed. Currently, the Company believes up to approximately GBP26 million could be recognised in the current financial year, but this is entirely contingent on customers signing contracts and given the current circumstances, new customers may await for clarification of the Company's financial position prior to confirming such orders and therefore this revenue figure could be very materially lower.

Stinger.

I agree with all the above.

From previous announcments Sens have lots of deals ready to go and more on the way.
I think their revenue projections are probably on track but its the delay that has caused the problem. Revnue is a year behind.

Any buyer will be aware (through due diligence) of the contracts signed and in the pipeline so will know the value looking ahead.

Although Sens haven't made money yet, the value is also in what has been spent as the buyer will get a company that has had to invest millions to get where it is.

One good thing is that there won't be too many private investors in now.
Many have jumped ship. I also suspect that many who got in low 20's wanted to double in a week so got out when that didn't happen. Any increase in share price was never going to happen till the company gets an offer.

The investment companies are in this still and supportive.
They had to support the cash call otherwise they'd get back the result of a sale after the company went in to administration.

Timeline wise, I hope and woud expect a deal this month.

Good luck Billy, if this is sold it will be for 50p plus IMO. Norm PI's have no clue on the real value here really, and not many other pro's will either!, however at these levels it maybe an absolute bargain for a bigger player in this space who knows what prospects lay ahead, the spend to date, the IP etc etc.

I say this because if not taken over then that tells us it never was worth what Drayson and the BOD sold it as being all along, I.e they stated undervalued at £1 last Nov!. A buyer (if one) will want a good deal as they will probs have to add in a years expenditure (£20m let's say). So at 50p MC thats £70m plus £20m and there's what's been spent to date I.e £90m.

If not sold though and those contracts done come in then different story here too, may take off on a decent deal or 2.

Time will tell, maybe a month or 2 to wait and all will be revealed.

Will be 10p if no T/O or no deals announced or 50p plus on a T/O or if deals are announced.... Imo.
