SELP JOINT VENTURE PRICES EUR500 MILLION 1.5 PER CENT

UNSECURED BOND ISSUE

SEGRO plc ('SEGRO'), in its role as venture adviser to the SEGRO European Logistics Partnership ('SELP') joint venture, announces the launch and pricing of a 7.5 year, EUR500 million senior unsecured bond issue for SELP. The bonds were priced at 150 basis points above euro mid-swaps and have an annual coupon of 1.5 per cent.

The proceeds of the issue will principally be used to refinance existing bank borrowings as well as providing funding for general corporate purposes, including the continued development programme.
