03/6/2016 10:23 | yea yea they are responsible for dry holes collapse in the oil price death of AIM resource market | resourceful
03/6/2016 10:06 | It just happened that way for me rich, but believe it was meant to be, unlike what's happened here. | stockriser
03/6/2016 09:44 | angus17 you are right we were gamblers and we both understand that ....now :( and as resourceful say's blame ourselves....... but some blame has to go to those who drew wages , if its not said then they can feel justified for mixing with wee jimmy crankie and winning vases ! they are weazle's and I know that's doing weazle's a disjustice :( scum and if I were them I would hold my head in shame, when I work I like to leave each day knowing I have achieved and given something, had no one over and provided a good service, surely that's what it's about ! well it is for me. Stockriser I didn't think anyone else would have done that too, mine was by choice when it came to booking the date, it just seemed right, even though as I type I can't see the keyboard clearly ! all the best to you too | richpassi
03/6/2016 09:16 | we gambled each one could have sold at any time GFG...... Greed F....ing Greed blame yourself | resourceful
03/6/2016 08:13 | Jack i see your still clueless. That rns is the end . Your shares are worth nothing and sea is gone . I do find it amazing how many fail to listen and understand when its explained to them what was happening here . The whole investing game is rigged has been for years. Uk management are what you see here totally inept and drains on society. Certainly the majority i have witnessed with only a small number being exceptions . | bones698
03/6/2016 08:13 | david CaMORON Like it! | angus17
03/6/2016 08:03 | Rich, April 2012 I turned 51 and buried my dad on the same day, and I also hold a lot of shares here. I expect we are both experiencing the same gut wrenching feeling this morning. But as you say it comes nowhere near the feeling of losing a loved one. All the best mate SR | stockriser
03/6/2016 07:58 | You could write to David Camoron or George Osborne but nothing will happen | spob
03/6/2016 07:58 | richpassi my previous disasters also include: CAP, TRK, ZZZ, WHE, there are probably many more that I have scrubbed from my memory. Some of us are not destined to be good gamblers (investors). | angus17
03/6/2016 07:55 | Is it not illegal to sell the main asset just prior to stuffing shareholders? | jack jebb
03/6/2016 07:32 | administration as well !!! I do have some great birthday celebrations ! lol | richpassi
01/6/2016 15:41 | I guess they're leaving announcing the EGM date until it's as near as possible to said date so as to give shareholders as little time to organise any sort of concerted resistance as they can. | largeronald
31/5/2016 11:22 | Well that's very true Ron! | stockriser
31/5/2016 08:40 | Stockriser - but it didn't state at all how much debt would be left outstanding. | largeronald
30/5/2016 21:58 | "Only pays the bills and nothing left after" I think the RNS stated quite clearly what would be paid! | stockriser
30/5/2016 20:42 | R2s sold at a profit roflmao and the pigs are flying again. Sea overpaid by a big amount to start with, then ran it into the ground and oil prices collapsed. Now its barely alive and worth a fraction what they paid . My guess 2-3m if they are lucky . Only pays the bills and nothing left after. Wrap it up and call it a day why drag out the misery . | bones698
30/5/2016 19:55 | So jaw and all the other directors have done a sterling job then :) they must be so pleased to hear that so many back all they have done over these past few years ....for the record I don't think that. Like it or not people were drawn in to these type of shares by all the chat that was banterered about, by directors and these boards too. Pap we understand about stop losses, but some people would have clung on to losses and hoped for a spike to get out or things to turn around, in this case the wrong idea .....but ultimately any retrospective advise given to others should also include a statement about the diabolical management, just to show those at the top that shareholders hold them ultimately at fault, I will withdraw my opinion if r2s is sold at a profit !!! obviously | richpassi
30/5/2016 19:20 | "I have knowledge of one who has been wiped- entirely. Lost the whole lot". stmora1, only a complete fool would invest their life savings in SEA. It was always a very, very, risky, speculative, AIM share. At least a stop loss in place would have preserved most of their capital. | papillon
30/5/2016 11:53 | There won't be anything left. Anyone who is going to take the business will need to invest in it as it will be loss making for a few years for oil to recover or have enough time to diversify. The only thing that should happen now is that the business gets sold and the shares cancelled with the BoD resigning from the R2S business. Keeping a shell would result in fund raising just to pay for director fees and nothing more. | iamnoone
30/5/2016 09:33 | Two weeks since the "exclusivity agreement" with the "preferred bidder" (can't WAIT to find out who that is) - supposedly to get them through May - and still no sign of an EGM. We're at the end of May. What's going to get them through June? | largeronald
30/5/2016 09:20 | Keeping the company as a shell means all the losses are tax deductable on any new ventures. | pogue
30/5/2016 08:43 | The only thing I would vote in favour of is a sale of the whole company. Not much point in just selling R2S and keeping the rest. Who benefits? Just the directors. | jack jebb |
