That just confirmed it for me.

We have a seller, offloading on every rise in sp, getting rid of a chunk of shares or the share price is being deliberately held back at 50p.

Until this changes, the share price is going nowhere.

Look at the detail on Morrocco, it has lots of small wells with [relatively] high costs that constantly require drilling to stand still. Its a mirage.

I actually feel a bit sorry for them, Egypt currency/inflation issues are clearly not their fault, cash sat in the wrong jurisdiction. Should work through in time but maybe the new shareholders will have to stump up some cash to get us to the other side, Morocco sounds good...

Sorry guys, those are not good results. Spending is just too high. There is no point in spending all that money without any organic growth. I have a tiny holding here, but thanking the good lord that i bailed with my shirt at 8p.

I don't mind high capex but it must eventually lead to some form of growth and it's now. we are just standing still.

Then he starts talking about alternative fuels... jeez.

"After all have done well with the drill bit" - This is the problem. There's lots of activity and it gets people who haven't studied the history of SDX excited. The share price deserves to fall even if the targets get hit, because the juice isn't worth the squeeze. The costs (Capex & G&A) aren't justified by the reward from the assets.

We're not waiting for final results. Some are waiting for a new strategy to be announced. I'm waiting for the company to be liquidated/sold.
